The space and the location.

If the cleaning person is paid $150 they should be fired. Dust everywhere, stove not clean, floors not completely swept, the curtains where thin and see through, other windows didn't even have curtains,only 2 wash clothes throughout the whole house and when I sent an email to management all they could say was we're sorry we'll check with the cleaning person & I could check out if I like. Keep in mind this booking was non refundable.

I loved the space. great place for a family with children there is a play ground across the road, it’s also near great restaurants and Walmart. it’s not too far from Downtown Jacksonville. only about 15 mins

The Air and electric stopped working, fixed air but didn't no why eletric went out in rooms and seen a few cock roaches..
