This condo was perfect for our stay to attend a wedding. It was well equipped and nicely decorated! The location was great - walkable distance to restaurants, shops, and the lake!

This location is just minutes from downtown, is has indoor parking and loved the master, kitchen and the 2 guest bedrooms.

Three friends and I enjoyed our stay at the property. We had a great girlfriends weekend doing wine tasting at 7 local wineries. The unit was perfect and very well maintained.

We had an excellent stay in the St Joe area. The weather could not have been better. The condo was just as expected and perfect for us. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to sit back and relax. Thank you. We have already discussed coming back to this location next fall.

This was our second time staying here. My six year old has asked to come back ever since our stay last year (asks to go back to this condo specifically, not just to Michigan). It’s the perfect set up for families with young children (would be great for adults too) - so much space. So many beach supplies in the closet - the sand toys kept my kids happy for hours yesterday. The owner is extremely responsive, awesome communication. 10/10 would come back again and already sent the listing to a friend today!

We were in town for a wedding over the weekend. We came up a few days early and did a short day trip to Grand Rapids to see the Gerald Ford Museum and enjoyed the city with great food and scenic views. Then we spent a day hiking in the St. Joseph / Dowagiac region and another day exploring all of the lovely shops, beach and eateries downtown St. Joseph. The condo was beautiful and a nice size. My brother-in-law came up for just the weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are all a nice size and have tv's in each of them. I loved the large jetted tub in the master. We have stayed in quite a few time/share rentable properties and this one, by far, had the most comfortable furniture we have ever experienced. There is a decent view of the river and it is right next door to a notable restaurant called Clementine's. The entrance in and out of the garage is a little tricky but it felt very safe. There is a fantastic art gallery just a couple of blocks down the street. Our only improvement area's would be clearer instructions on how to use the app to get in and out of the garage and a little better communication. We did not get any check-in info until the day before and that was only after I sent an urgent message advising we were getting ready to leave and would have limited email access. The property manager did respond promptly though. All in all, we would still rate this property a 5/5. And we would absolutely recommend it to all of our friends and family and anyone who is looking at this listing. -L. Ehrenberg, Indianapolis, IN

We were very impressed with this property! We found it more spacious than the pictures show - plenty of room for my husband, two little ones, and me. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We opted to drive to the beach, but it's definitely within walking distance to downtown and the beach if you don't mind a little hill :) The owner also had beach chairs and toys to use for the beach. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Everything about the condo was great. Clean, roomy, easy to find and in close proximity to downtown. We really enjoyed our weekend.

Checking in and out we're incredibly simple, the host was super helpful and easy to deal with. Place was clean and the location was great, just a short walk to downtown St. Joe. Although you will have to drive to the beach. The place had everything we needed for our stay.

The property is beautiful! Photos on the listing do not represent well…. the condo is open floor plan, bright with daylight, master on one side, other two bedrooms & bath on the other. The balcony offers view of the river & marina. All of downtown & silver beach is walking distance from this location! Will definitely return!

It was very nice and clean. There is no view and no pool. The décor was very nice. Well stocked on everything. We would go back again but may reconsider because of no view.

It was our first time visiting St. Joseph, and we were very pleased with our stay. With two toddlers, we appreciated the beach toys and towels. It was very comfortable and close to everything.

The condo was impeccable! Just perfect space for our family of 5! Quick drive to town and the beach. It could be walked but way too hot for us! Would highly recommend it!

We traveled with 3 of our kids ages 22,18 and 14. We came for a family get together. We were extremely pleased with the place. Super clean, comfy and a perfect amount of all space. Everything is provided that you would need when you are away from home and more than expected. Very close to St Joesephs downtown area. We absolutely loved staying here! It was very clean, easy to find, great location, and the host provided very clear information and instructions. Our family of four had plenty of space. We forgot to pack our beach toys, and were pleasantly surprised to find some toys in the complex we could use! We will definitely try to come here again. It was a great experience all around. We had a wonderful stay. The proximity to town and the beach made things quick and easy to get where we wanted to be. We walked everywhere all weekend with the exception of going to the grocery store.

We are in town to support our child as they participated on the Steelhead Ironman. The location could not be better, a short drive to Benton Harbor and downtown St. Joseph. The apartment was spotless, roomy, and well equipped. It comfortably fit 5 people, the jacuzzi in the master bathroom was an added bonus.

The condo was beautiful and everything the listing said it would be. We appreciated all the sand toys for the little ones. I guess the only issue was the traffic on the street got loud at times. Overall a very nice place and would recommend it!

Very well prepared for our stay. Had some extra beach items which came in handy for the kids. They loved having their own space with the TV's in the rooms. Convenient location to downtown.

Layout for privacy if traveling with others was great. Entire unit was very comfortable and the location was easy access to surrounding area of St.Joes and Silver Beach. Would highly recommend and if visiting the area again, would definitely stay here again.
