We chose this condo for our family to stay together and for our son to host his groomsmen the day of the wedding for college football and lunch. The place was better than it shows in pictures. High end, spacious, accommodates a group and walkable to downtown St Joseph! Thank you for having us!

Perfect spot close to town, plenty of sleeping space. Great for our low key fall weekend of seeing the city, walking the lakeshore, golfing and watching football.

This was our first time in St Jo for a fast family vaca. The condo was great, very large, lots of seating for lounging and eating and also up to date esthetically. Location was good, wish it were a few blocks closer but honestly parking downtown and at the beach is very easy. The owners were nice enough to leave a binder with local restaurants and descriptions, they helped a lot. I would totally stay again!

Overall this condo was extremely clean! In my older age, I love a good clean stay without the worry of unexpected visitors. I rest assured knowing there would be none of them. Haha
The sleeping arrangements worked out excellent for our family. Blackout curtains MUCH appreciated and work great!
The dinning room chairs are in need of a good Allen wrench and some tightening. Luckily none in our party were too uncomfortable sitting in them.
Washer and dryer are very handy to have. Thank you for those!
The beach chairs were bag chairs and worked, but a little disappointing to find them vs a true beach chair. All appliances and amenities were great otherwise.
Plenty of towels around.
More kid friendly dishes would be great too. We got some paper plates to use instead.
The rooftop was a bit disappointing too. Was hoping for a table and chairs to enjoy a dinner up there, but there isn’t anything up on the roof. (Bags to play are up there.)
Overall, cleanliness always trumps all else, so 5 out of 5 from us!!! Thank you for a wonderful place for us to make memories!!

Condo was a little warm, unable to get thermostat adjusted at first. Plenty of room for everyone. Parking is pretty tight and some take advantage of your parking space as well. Elevator is very slow..physically fit, take the stairs.
We would stay again.

Ryan's condo was the perfect spot for my annual get-together with 3 college girlfriends! The spacious condo was wonderful, giving us plenty of room to relax and catch up, and to get ready each day for exploring downtown St. Joe. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved having views of the marina. Plus, Ryan was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. It was handy having Clementine's restaurant next door for dinner our first night. Downtown St. Joe was a quick, easy walk where we found plenty of shops to browse in, along with coffee houses, wine-tasting rooms and restaurants. And with lovely fall weather, we had a nice stroll by the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our 3-night stay. Thank you, Ryan!

We had a great stay! This property is very spacious with a lot of natural light coming in. Great kitchen area to make meals, but there was also a great bakery/cafe we tried in the morning (10 min walk, 2 min drive). There was clear communication with the host, quickly answering any questions we had. We would recommend this property.

Just a short trip to the beach with the kids and this place was great for us! Big open living room with two couches, which was great, kitchen, and dining area. Very clean and very nice all around. Just down the road from the beach! Would stay again!

Beautiful kitchen and living area. Clean. Loved the wine! Elevator very slow and like the description said parking is tight. My only issue was I did not find the bed very comfortable, but no one else appears to have this issue so it must just be me. Overall loved the stay. Great communication with the small issue I had

Our group of 4 friends rented this condo for a long weekend at Lake Michigan. We had a great stay! The property is clean, exactly as described, and in a great location. It's a bit off the main drag but very close and walkable to everything you could want. I would definitely rent this place again if I come back. Also the owners were extremely helpful and very quick with responses to questions. I HIGHLY recommend!

great location, uncomfortable beds
Great location, very clean, and everything looks new. The only drawback is the mattresses, they are covered in a type of protective covering that when you lay on it to sleep, it generates excessive heat. The end result is that while the unit is cool, you will feel very hot and uncomfortable. I would recommend a cotton mattress cover if there are concerns about protecting the mattress.

Great get away with our daughter & her kids. Very modern & spacious.
The balcony view of the river kept the kids entertained with the boats going passed. Just a few blocks away from the downtown beach & splash pad.

Wonderful getaway
This property is all that it says it is. Very beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. We loved the short drive to downtown and the beach. We also enjoyed walking over to Clementines to eat and watching the boats come and go out of the channel. The condo was spacious and clean. We would love to stay here again and again.

Close to Ironman Village
We stayed at this property for 3 nights while in town for the Ironman. It is located about 2 miles from the village and had great accessible parking.
Everything was great about this property with the exception of not having enough towels and the cleanliness. We also couldn’t get either couch bed to come out and lay flat.
The view looking over the marina was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked.

Perfect weekend stay
Stayed at this property with a group of friends for a golf trip. The unit was exactly as described. Great modern finishings and great view of the marina/boats along the river.
