The welcome to Domo is always 100%, the staff are friendly and attentive. I stayed in a different room this time which was lovely and they are all very unique and clean

I am bit of a coffee snob so something better than instant in the room wold be greatly received. I took my own coffee bags this time. Breakfast is always nice but sometimes something simple, scrambled eggs and salmon or bacon would be nice.

Very friendly staff with a professional manner. Great décor and very comfortable room, all at a great price! Location was also good, being not far from the motorway, Quiet location despite fairly urban surroundings. Breakfast was really tasty and a good quantity!

Only issue for me was the price of the food in the evening. It wasn't advertised on the menu clearly, but for what it was it was very expensive (but tasty!), pay for the convenience in this situation I think.

Lovely room, great bed which was very comfy. Beautiful bathroom. Maria at reception was lovely and incredibly attentive. My breakfast was delicious!

I could hear everything happening in the reception/lobby area and at the front door. Bathroom floor was very cold and no bathmat.

Big room with comfortable bed. Location is good to travel to Birmingham centre via train. Free parking in front of the hotel.

There is no heating in the bathroom. So it was so cold that I reduced the stay to a minimum as needed in the bath 🥶 The breakfast is not what I expected from a hotel in this price category. Don’t take the Shakshouka. The pre-booking of the breakfast did not work because they lost our order so they called in the morning while still in bed…

The room was spacious with an excellent and comfortable bed. Complimentary water, coffee, biscuits etc. are available too. A unique feature is that there are no keys and one controls access to the room (and to the premises) through a keypad - code given at check-in. I parked at the front but there's parking at the back of the property as well. The staff is very friendly and welcoming too. One is given a card to order breakfast for the next day (to be put into a slot outside your room door by 11 pm). The breakfast (French Toast) was excellently made and delivered on time (I asked for a 7 am breakfast). It was delicious and I will probably choose the same for my next stay!

The control dial on the heater in my room had all its functions rubbed off so I had to guess the functions to increase/decrease the heating. Also, the bathroom didn't have a radiator which could be a problem during peak winter.

Excellent breakfast cooked for us by Maria, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Large stylish room with comfy bed. Hotel is on an attractive quiet square with on-street parking right outside.

Room service menu was expensive and there weren't many restaurants nearby.

Staff very helpful, room exotic, food was beautiful and different than the normal.

The hotel is an absolute gem. We've never felt so well looked after. The breakfasts are out of this world. Couldn't remember highly enough.

Splitting hairs here but our grind floor room could feel a little exposed with windows looking out onto a walk through (though it was rarely used).

Beautiful decor in rooms and common areas. Every room has a different theme. Unusual accents and accessories. Breakfast was fresh cooked at your chosen time. Very personal service by Maria who was excellent concierge and breakfast chef. Just perfect.

Surrounding area is not great but it’s a great location to base yourself and taxi or drive elsewhere

Not as described regarding parking and location actually left the room to go and stay elsewhere where my work van would be safe

A diamond in the rough. Don’t be fooled by the area (google street view) which looks a little “worn”. The Domo is a true gem. The room was very comfortable and very quiet considering we were in a ground floor room. Breakfast was amazing, try to domomeltte, you won’t be disappointed. Maria who looked after us from check in, to breakfast and a great restaurant recommendation couldn’t be more helpful. Will defo be back worth every penny.

Everything was excellent.

Very quirky design features which showed that a lot of effort had gone into making the rooms attractive. The lady on reception/kitchen was extremely helpful and kind.

Had our wedding night here. ABSOLUTELY the best hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, the room was excepcional and the fooood! Definetly will be returning!

Gorgeous bedroom that was spotlessly clean! Lovely breakfast and outstanding staff.

Parking appeared to be just on the road outside of the hotel which is very narrow and very limited.

The room was very clean, modern features. 4 post bed which was very fancy. T He breakfast was very tasty, good size portions and made fresh in the morning.

Our hostess Maria was such a lovely, friendly person. She rang us prior to our trip and reassured us about parking on the street which we did secure. She was there to greet us, showed us our room, checked to see everything was okay, rang on the room phone to check there was nothing amiss before her shift finished then was on the desk and breakfast duty the next morning. Honestly, what a superwoman! She is an outstanding credit to this hotel . Our room was perfect, very interesting décor throughout this small hotel, very clean, lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Can’t recommend it more highly . Breakfast was fresh, plentiful, tasty and remarkable and we had a marvellous stay. Thank you Maria.

The outside of the hotel was a little off putting but once inside it is lovely. In an unfashionable area but very quiet and safe. Walked to a local pub and felt fine.

Our ground floor room looked straight out onto the road. Parking was tricky as a huge white van blocked the designated hotel parking behind the property so we ended up abandoning our car on the pavement in front of the hotel.
