The location was perfect - the condo backs up to the Frazer river, for fantastic rushing water noise and views, and walking distance (or a 2 minute car ride) to the gondola and resort village. The condo was just as perfect - plenty of space, bay windows with fantastic cross breezes, bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, fully functional and stocked kitchen, everything nice and clean. We've been to Winter Park quite a few times, and will never stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The location, cleanliness and comfort were great! The main living area and kitchen are nice and open. Kitchen was well stocked. The view is so pretty of the river. Loved opening the windows and listening to the river rush by. Great neighborhood, close to walking and biking trails. A very short walk to the village area. Overall a great place to stay. Looking forward to returning!

We were extremely happy with this rental. The minute we walked in the door we knew we had found the perfect spot for our family ski trip. The house was well outfitted, spotless, and so convenient to the slopes. We would definitely stay here again on a return to Winter Park.

Everything on our trip and stay was great except for gaining access to the property. The code given for the condo did not work and several attempts to contact the manager was unsuccessful. We had to wait a long period of time before gaining access to the property. We were also told that a new code would be provided and was not.

This is a great rental...super clean and comfortable, plenty of space and a short walk or bus ride to the slopes. 5 Stars

So much space!! Super clean! Surprised at how close the resort was - shuttle literally steps away, and we even just walked back 10 min from end of skiing one day. Hot water with great pressure, and a Keurig!!! Bed and pillows comfy enough….this was a perfect stay for our first trip to WP. Thanks a million!!

This condo was so comfortable and the location was perfect for the skiers in the family! For those that didn’t ski, the walk to the Village was short and scenic! The warmth of the fireplace and the large family room made for cozy nights. And we were surprised by how well stocked it was, all the amenities! Would stay there again!

This property is great for 2 families with separate sleeping areas for each family. The property was well stocked and the large living room was great for games, hanging out and socializing. The bus stop is right at the entrance to the condo complex and there is extra parking right next to the building should have more than 2 cars. Highly recommend!

Next best thing to being right at the base. Great space for large family or groups traveling together. Room setup gave the feeling of individual spaces. Everything there we could have wanted or needed. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Great stay!

This was by far the best rental property we have ever stayed at in all of our travels to different ski resorts in Colorado. I loved how open the living area was giving ample of space for three families to hang out. The bedroom set up worked very well for our families. The best part is the condo was within walking distance to the ski base.

Great location with shuttle stop to and from Winter Park Resort just a minute walk away. Property is well maintained and very spacious. We were welcomed with the fireplace on so the place felt instantly cozy. Kitchen was well equipped too. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

This property has a great location for Winter Park, with quick bus access to the resort (no stops in between) or 10 min walking distance without your skis and boots. The interior is nicely remodeled, with plenty of space for all 6 of us to have beds and 3 full bathrooms. The view of the creek from the living room and master bedroom is really pretty. Garage parking was also a big plus and the attached ski/boot closet provided us with a nice staging area for skiing in the morning. Nice touches with the soap, shampoo, condition, +hand lotion and +chap stick in the bathrooms. Kitchen worked great, Keurig with pods provided, and we only ate out once the whole week. Couple of opportunities for improvements, 1) didn't know about the jacuzzi in the complex until the end of the trip (not mentioned in any of the descriptions or welcome pack), 2) lacking a key for the ski closet in the garage, 3) sun is really strong and hot in the living room in the afternoon/evening-need some shades badly, 4) too many TV remotes in the living room with old batteries (pls provide instructions and replace batteries). We struggled to get Netflix working even with 2 twenty something engineers working on it. Overall, I would stay there again if going to Winter Park. We had a great week with new snow and then sunshine at the end of the week. We were very comfortable, and Lisa was very responsive when we had a slight hiccup with check-in.

This was a very nice property that accommodated our party of 10 nicely. It was just a little further to bus stop and resort than anticipated but manageable. I’d recommend bringing a wagon to get skis and equipment to resort or plan to drive to resort especially if you are traveling with small children. Overall a very nice spacious property.

Great location and beautiful place.. Super close access to the mountain updated unit that was very clean. Lisa was great to deal with and everything went smoothly!

I’ll definitely be visiting this condo again! Everything is perfectly stocked and the room placement is amazing. We had 2 families so we were able to separate accordingly! The location is perfect - you can walk to the resort, catch the bus or drive! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect condo to stay in! And walking in to the ambiance of the gas fireplace already going was perfect!
