It was down the road from the zoo and museum. They accidentally mixed up our room with someone else staying there but the front desk was quick to change and upgrade our room within the minute. The room was clean and cozy. Their parking garage was affordable and easily accessible from the hotel. Their breakfast in the morning was very well put and the employees were kind.

no happy hour snacks like at other home 2 locations. also, staff could not answer the question: is there snacks from 5-7. they were not informed.

rooms were clean , had parking garage covered.
the cost of parking, the ac- when it came on it was very cold and when it turned off you got hot. the air was blowing straight on us in the bed.

Cleanings
$5 toothbrush should have been complimentary just like everywhere else and at any Home2Suites. It was ridiculous and everything over priced.
For a family of 6 they have us a small king suite, my parents were 2 in a huge king suite and reserved after us.

Great location
housekeeping was banging on the door 4x’s at 8:06 am. check out is noon. I found this to be very rude. The door banging interrupted a zoom call for work, was inappropriate. I would not stay here again.

The room cleaning was poor. One of the towels had brown stains. The top sheet was not put on the beds. There was lint balls on the carpet.
