I didn’t like anything about the place cause they lied about everything

The only good thing about this facility is that it was close and convenient to the event I attended.

The parking was HORRIBLE, the there appeared to be a no available parking for the multiple guest myself included. There was a weird party going on in the parking lot, not only did the security ignore it but the staff did too. None of them were friendly other than the guy that checked me out this morning his name was Ali. At the rates and the statures that I hold Doubletree I just expect better.

The staff on all shifts remember us bc it was my best friend birthday that meant a lot very friendly people

Bed sheets were dirty, tv was not a smart tv and had very few viewing options- not good for someone planning to stay indoors to rest and watch tv. Shower did not drain properly and water was seeping out through the bottom and sides of doors.

Rooms with school was close to our kids and quiet

Not customer friendly more vastness driven and not understanding and no sense of urgency. Of customers needs. Was charged a early check out fee because my granddaughter had the flu and was very ill. were paid in advance and we were Penalized. For checking out when the full rate qas already paid in advance . And the. Was lied too and was told that it would be taken off the security deposit of 150 rate to my card that was already taken from my account I didn't agree to the extra 75 pulled from my account. This was by far the worse stay and the manipulated customer serves I have ever had.

2 out of the 3 staff I encountered were borderline rude.
