I liked this hotel very much for the purpose of our stay. Location is great, rooms clean and cleaned daily. Valet parking worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilities great.

Staff was really helpful

Everything the room was nicely kept and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy.

No open restaurants near walking distance or nearby.

Rooms were roomy and decorated modernly with all the items you need like a fridge, iron, coffee maker. The staff was wonderful and the bar and pool were good as well.

No microwave in room.

We enjoyed being right downtown

The ac didn’t work in our room the entire first night so our room was HOT and humid. we ordered room service twice and both times it took over an hour and the food was cold. Rooms don’t have microwaves or anything.

extremely slow food delivery from downstairs restaurant. food arrived cold and without in-room microwave we couldn’t warm it up. we contacted front desk to have meal removed from bill. we left the food outside our door and got pizza delivery from blocks away that arrived piping hot. the fact that an in-house restaurant couldn’t provide hot delivery using an elevator consider the high price is ridiculous.

Breakfast was decent and the restaurant has a nice atmosphere.

Staff went over and beyond to find me some sanitizing wipes.

The pool was supposed to be heated but it wasn’t and the gym did not have any leg equipment
