My family and I always feel safe at this location. Property is not accessible without a key fob. The location of the property is great also, close to the Medical Center, zoo and museums.

Loved the cleanliness of the facility, so great to have the washer and dryer in room, loved the decor. Location was great to md anderson. I loved the hot shower. Beds were wonderful, first bed I was able to sleep on.

I didn't like that the pool was green when I got there, then was closed for chemicals ..which was understandable..but then reopened to private party. I asked before if shampoo and conditioner was supplied..I was told yes.. it was a travel size, for a 6 day stay. I am sure we could of asked for more but brought my own just incase. There was blue ink like substance on our sliding door from bedroom to bathroom.

There were so many things we liked from the location, it was right in the middle of the medical dist. n on 10 mins from Joel Osteen church n right off the fwy. Plus, anyway u want to eat, shop, or just hangout is mins away, bonus for us was it was by the medical center. It’s a full 1 bdrm apt. w/spacious kitchen, washer/dryer, huge bathroom, nice walk-in closet, open living Rm, nice bedroom n cute balcony. We only stayed a couple days n had just drove bk from Dallas so, we didn’t get a chance to fully take advantage of all the other amenities the property had to offer. We walked around before checking out in checked out the beautiful infinity pool, the cabanas, the patio, the game room, the business ctr, n the weight Rm. Which was amazing we did get out n hit the boxing bag n my husband just had to take a moment on the aqua massage table. Which gave 10 min massages, he tried to get me to do it but, I was lk we have to hurry up plus we have to catch our flight. So, I will save mine for next time, I want to get n the pool n hit the boxing bag a few more days.

Only things I didn’t lk is that there wasn’t enough handicap parking, n there were no dolly’s to bring your luggage up n down. As, a person who has a heart condition n other health issues it was hard bringing n taking outing our luggage out. Also, parking isn’t necessarily close so, again if your carrying bags or groceries it’s a lot even w/the elevators. Parking is limited, no iron in unit n no garbage disposal so when the sink was backing up we had no way to get the water to go down. Except to turn the water off completely n just let it drain out n then let the water run extremely slow.

the property was ready but the unwillingness of the staff to allow us in was in a ridiculous level - we had travelled far - with a child - we were exhausted but the charges to get in early were ridiculous- considering we left super early in our last day we should have been compensated! not impressed with this attitude.

the facilities were great. infinity pool outside the room. separate private balcony. kitchen. private bathroom. parking and room very secure.

room is in a residential block which I’ve not experienced before, so may well be my inexperience. communication is by text but this was a problem with a UK phone. I was able to call and the amazingly helpful staff guided us through getting in the building. there’s a few codes you need to get in. had to call again as needed code to get into pool area which wasn’t provided with room instructions. There’s no shopping or restaurants without a significant walk. obviously you can drive places!

Terrific property in all categories. Having a kitchen is a great convenience amenity.

The process of getting, key and instructions for parking was a difficult process. once we got it figured it out it was fine. if we hadn’t got there while staff was still at front desk. it would have been even more difficult.

The property was in a good location, and there was plenty of room for my family.

The entertainment area was under renovation, and was not usable. Leaving us with little to no amenities. The gas was also turned off for two out of the five days we were there. This meant we could not cook food or shower! We were also not notified that the gas would be turned off, and therefore, could not make other accommodations. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment for the convenience of being together as a family. We wanted the option to stay in and cook for our four children - something we would not have been able to do had we stayed in a hotel. We were offered free parking for our troubles. Given the fact that for almost half of our stay we were not able to shower or cook, I do not find this to be an appropriate refund.

The location was what we needed, as my husband was having surgery at MD Anderson Cancer Hospital.

The room did not have a walk in- shower as the picture shows. We are senior citizens, and the tub is difficult to use. We do not need a handicap room normally. The hallways, elevators floor and walls were very dirty. The same candy and food was in the hallway our entire visit. The furniture has many scratches on it. The worst part was we had no hot water (gas leak in the building) for 3 days, so we were unable to bathe other than a sponge bath during that time. We tried to find another place in the medical center area but everything was full due to the Rodeo in town this weekend. I would not recommend this place to stay. The staff seemed nice but they were not fully informed of the situation.
