Nice facial

Booking raised our rate by $40 / night when I added a 3rd night. Our rate was about $40 per night higher than what the rest of the family paid who booked directly with the hotel! Not good! A partial refund seems appropriate!

Location is nice and breakfast was good.

We traveled with friends. They wouldn't tell us what actually happened but they didn't have enough rooms to cover all bookings. We arrived first so they were able to squeeze us in but the room was not great. Half of the bathroom was in the bedroom. Our friends, though... One didn't get the room they booked and got a useless "upgrade" and ended up having to sleep on the couch. The other family, DIDN'T GET A ROOM AT ALL. They just said "it's common practice to sometimes not have a room". Can you believe it? We all had bookings, of course. This is insane and outrageous!!!

It was a convenient location . Staff was polite .

It was very crowded during breakfast time they did have enough food for all guest and not enough utensils like spooned , fork and bowls . The elevators were not working during the whole 5 days stay . Our room had light flickering .them they replace bulb . Then one day our lever for flush broke .

Great location and most staff were super nice!

There was water damage and cob webs in my room. There were no fresh toiletries, only one used bottle of lotion. The elevators sounded like they were about to fall apart with every trip. Lastly, we listened to the sound of scurrying at night just above our rooms ceiling.
