Pleasant and comfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. I have stayed here 3 times before and will continue to do so every time I come to Houston.

Staff was very receptive to requests and generally very helpful!

The only issue we had was there was a dog next door and I guess the owners left her in the room locked up and so it kept on barking regularly or anytime it sensed someone passing their door. That was a little annoying!

Great stay, I feel the property needs to be updated a little really showing wear and tear in the suites.

Location was good. Liked having a full suite with refrigerator.

Location and how quiet it was in the area.

The air conditioning wasnt as cool even after adjusting the temperature. Bathtub creaked and the shower head wasn't spraying right.

staff friendly, room very nice had very nice small kitchen & very nice free breakfast.

air conditioner was next to bed blowing cold air on me all night. woke up at 4.30am sneezing & runny nose. Now fighting off a cold.
