Eu era cliente fiel , mas a equipe de funcionários desse ano estava pessima.
Além de cobrar 80,00 para minha filha de 1 ano e 2 meses dormir comigo e não poderem oferecer nem leite para ela.

De tudo. As instalações são muito confortáveis, são vários ambientes muito aconchegantes.
O atendimento é maravilhoso, percebe-se muito carinho e capricho em tudo que é feito na pousada.
Os cafés da manhã e da tarde são maravilhosos e à tarde em volta da fogueira é uma experiência muito aconchegante.

Although breakfast had a lot of choice most of it was cakes, pastries so not too healthy, The staff were fine, but lacked a warm welcome, it was like they were unsure or scared, like they'd never seen a foreigner before... nice enough tjough

The service is great, lovely and helpful people. The room is really comfortable. The bathroom is super clean. The breakfast is amazing. The place is beautiful and we feel at home. All the decoration and the nice fireplaces are special.
The room is kind of noisy, you can listen to what people are saying in the other rooms. And there were too many people for breakfast depending on the time. I don't think the extra tax for the service is too much although the service is really good.
