Despite allowing check in from 3pm. We arrived at 6.30pm, although I did advise a later check in, to find the cleaners hadn't even been. Chased up, no apology, acting as if it was my fault I was earlier than I had estimated, however still 3.5hrs after check in...only solution was we had to go away for 2 hours! Poor communication throughout... Finally when we were allowed to get keys at 8.20pm, 5 hours after check in, again with an excuse of cleaners being in traffic and road closed, despite road being closed from 3.30pm ( and surely should have had cleaners lines up to go in at 11bor after check out times) we were disgusted by the filth in the place. Clearly no cleaners had been in attendance. Mirrors coated with layers of grime, showrds filthy, 4 X pubic hairs in bathroom, shower and on both wc's.y 5 year old brushed her hand against the window sill and a thick coating of dust fell to the floor! Then got black hands fr a radiator and inadvertently put to her face and looked like a miner! Surfaces dirty, sink clearly not been cleaned, floors dirty... WITH COVID RESTRICTIONS THIS IS JUST APPALLING. Still awaiting an apology, but I know we're get something about cleaner delays, but this place doesn't get cleaned! State of bathroom and mould shows little car from management... Nice 2ft cobwebs in lounge must be left over from Halloween! Complaints no apology. They don't care. Do not use this place without bringing your own cleaning apparatus as I had to clean kitchen and dining surfaces myself!

Because of the cold shower and the beds were not comfy and there were a bad smell of urination in the lift

Very rude customer service. No check in instructions - had to chase them. Shower didn’t work and they refused to fix. They then lied to booking.com saying it works. Oven was dirty. The noisiest location I’ve ever stayed in globally. The beds were so uncomfortable I ended up sleeping on the floor. Only one soap for two bathrooms and kitchen in a pandemic. Do not stay here!!!! You will regret it.
