The location is absolutely fantastic! A gorgeous small beach is just a minute away from the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent.

Lunch is served only until 3pm. You don't get an extra key card for your room.

lovely family run hotel. staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. hotel was spotless and buffet breakfast was so good. afternoon lunch menu was exceptional. would recommend this hotel to anyone and we will be back.

Staff was really nice, friendly, professional and helpful. Lady at the pool bar didn´t speak English so well, but enough to understand the order. The rest of the staff did speak English really well. Breakfast was really nice, the place is clean, has cozy, family feel with very clean, warm pool, ideal for kids, just next to it are sunbeds and pool bar, just outside of the hotel is grocery store, its very close to the beach, although the beach itself is not the best one, I would recommend to walk further, you will find a beach with sea urchins, so don´t forget to pack your snorkel and water shoes. Also there is an option to take the bus, within 3 bus stops you will reach Fig Tree Bay, this beach is truly beautiful, but can get really crowded, sunbeds are limited so If you are coming in high season, go there very early in the morning. The room we had was room nr. 1, very nice, clean. However, we could hear the noise from outside, something like air-conditioning noise, but at night it stopped and during the day, we were always outside, so for us it was not such a big issue. Only one night was really noisy, it was karaoke night , we could hear all the music and singing, but it was due to the fact that room nr. 1 is the nearest one to the reception area and bar area. The view is to the garden, not the best, not the worst. Beds were comfy. Housekeeping room is just next to the room nr. 1, but we never heard the noise from this room. We really enjoyed our stay here, we traveled with 9 year old kids and they really enjoyed too. I recommend the area if you search for more quite area, ideal for stay with children.

we were given a room in a different hotel in a separate building behind this one. this building was probably built in the 1960S and was old and not what us shown on the site.

A small, cosy family hotel in a nice quiet location of Protaras. The hotel staff was friendly, rooms comfortable and cleaned every day, towels changed regularly, bed sheets changed after 3 nights, mini fridge in the room, and air conditioning was complimentary. The cuisine was nice, also numerous restaurants in the area. The hotel pool is very comfortable and the staff checked the quality of the pool water regularly. Easy access (bus stop is 10 minutes walk) by frequent public transport to other areas of southern Cyprus (Aya Napa is around 20 min by bus). Worth staying!
