the pool
the ac had a timer, in one of the bathrooms the door crushed on the sink, they wanted to charge us safety deposit a day before arriving without telling us anything beforehand

Exceptional
The response time and care of the people there were amazing! The villa was clean and spacious for 3 adults and 3 kids.

Nice place for family, noisy because it was on the main road.
When we arrived the fridge was stocked with bread, milk, orange juice and water etc I thought that was extremely pleasant to come home to that.
Things were just old and dusty. Facilities works in general but some more love and care is needed. Staff is super kind and friendly.
