The place was great, quiet, low-key, very relaxing, beautiful views of he gulf . The condo was perfect for the two of us well equipped . The gym and pool were awesome. Highly recommend.

The only suggestion would be to have recycling bins. I am a believer in recycling and reusing. Other than that everything was great

The people we met and became good friends with, learned and played pickle ball and loved hanging out at the pool. The organized monthly events, in the clubhouse, were a plus.

There were no restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance. There really is no beach, it is very small. We had to drive elsewhere for a true ocean beach! After arriving we learned that the going rate was $2,100 to $4,000 for the month, which was unfortunate as we paid $10,000 for the month through this site! When we contacted the representative, she explained $5,000 went to the owner and the other part were fees! Knowing this and the condition of the condo, I would of paid on the lower end.
