Viajamos em família e a acomodação era exatamente o que buscávamos para dias de descanso. A Karina é uma excelente anfitriã, sempre nos auxiliando quando precisávamos de alguma informação. Adoramos a estadia! A vista é espetacular. A lareira foi ótima e aqueceu muito bem o ambiente. As camas eram ótimas, cozinha equipada, banho muito bom.

Não se trata de não gostar, mas como viemos de transfer e não de carro, ficamos sem muitas opções de locomoção. O parque Farellones não tem como ir a pé, a Karina nos indicou um motorista que nos levou e nos buscou, mas o preço é salgado. trouxemos todos os alimentos de Santiago, e isso foi uma decisão acertada, pois não há nada perto para compras.

The cabin was cozy and with a great view. It has a internal fireplace to keep us warm and a heater inside the bedroom. The staff was helpful.

The black floor had all of us with the feet looking dirty.

The location is very good just side to side with Parque Farellones upper Sky Rail so its very near to Farellones DownTown. Karina and Alejandro Staff were always very aware of our needs at any time. The room has all the basic needs and you can even cook because the kitchen has all the neccesary stuff to do so.

Well the Reception is under construction so a litle awkward that part because you dont have a central point where check in check out and so ever, Since the older owners of the lodge sold the property, the new administration doesnt have enough payment means like credit card method so you have to suddenly see from where you are going to transfer the money and in several parts because loal banks has a limit per day so this situation gives you a little uncomfortable moment. The room was ok for the price you are paying but in our case the prior guest broke the door because they lost the key so when we arrived a new lock was already being installed but if you see the wood side of the door near the locke was already broken giving you some feeling of unsafety. We stayed here 3 years ago before the pandemic and what we remember was a place with much more structure than nowadays. If it wasnt for the attention and care of Karina and Alejandro i would have rated with a sad face our stay.
