Complete equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, and housewares. Duvet, shams and mattress pad are laundered after each occupancy The gated garage includes parking for one vehicle (a second parking space can usually be made available with advance notice), dumbwaiter to apartment and outdoor sand shower. There is 7' clearance for vehicles in the parking garage. It’s location is isolated from other living units and provides secure private parking. *This Unit Does NOT Have Air Conditioning* *No BBQ Allowed* If desired, a keyed back entry stairway may be used from garage which is available to this unit and one other. The keyed entry stairway is monitored by a camera.

A great place to stay, very conveniently located. At first we were afraid it was so close to the main strip that there would be too much street noise, but that wasn't an issue at all. Very happy with our stay.

Amazing and I’ve been going here since 2014 renting this same unit. WE love it!! It would be nice if there were more than 2 rolls of toilet paper and one part of a roll of paper towels for 4 people for a weeklong stay. Just a suggestion ���� e couldn’t find the flu water and there were a lot of the little black gnat like bugs in the kitchen when we arrived. I remembered there being a fly swatter before. Obviously none of this has stopped me from staying here and I will continue to stay here!! Love that the owners leave a bottle of wine and two cans of soda-like drinks!! We’ll be back!!

Everything about this condo is wonderful. The location is perfect, the view sublime, and the building is really well-maintained. I had stayed here 2 years earlier and figured kitchen supplies would look older, but this management company replaces stuff when it starts looking old. There was an All-Clad pan that looked new, as I could not find even one scratch. The knives are great, though I couldn’t find the sharpener. The kitchen overall is well-stocked, which we appreciated as we cooked every day. The whole condo is well-appointed and tastefully decorated. I especially love the beautiful yellow bathroom. I even loved the ceramic soap holders by both sinks. The bed is very comfortable and we slept great every night. Thank you Coastal Vacation Rentals!

It was spacious, neat and clean. It had everything we needed to make our meals and drinks. And just blocks from the beach it was an accessible location with a nice view from the patio.
