Resort style amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, small exercise room, sauna, tennis court, basketball and grilling area. Shoalwater is conveniently located to many shopping establishments, attractions, restaurants,10 first class golf courses and fishing in both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. House/Rental Policies: • guests must check in at our office located at Sunswept Condominiums, Unit 103 • guests checking in just bring their ID • minimum age of renter: 25 • non-smoking home • smoke odor removal fee: minimum $300+

Good, minor issues
A few things could use some attention. The hot water in the front bathroom was lukewarm, garbage disposal did not work, water not draining in kitchen sink. No plug for master bath. All in all this did not alter our trip we had a great time. Property management was professional and helpful.

It was very clean but lacking in some utensils a condo for eight people did not have enough silverware had to buy some and buy some other utensils for the kitchen

We enjoyed our stay, and when we needed help with something they were on top of it! I even paid for an extra night because we enjoyed it so much!!!

Enjoyable February at Shoalwater. Condo was adequate; there were things in need of repair. Sofa is dated & uncomfortable. The overall care of building, pool, & maintenance Was very good. View of the beach was spectacular

We had a lovely stay. Loved the large balcony and great location. Easy parking and clean condo.

Fall Break
Condo unit has Great views, could use some updates in kitchen, stove had a few burners that did not work, lights out in shower stall in master bathroom. But the overall stay was nice, would rent again most likely different unit.

A Great Place to Relaz
We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The balcony was a perfect size for sitting out and enjoying the view. There was one issue with a clogged shower drain, but it was taken care of within a couple hours. We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest and relax for a week.
