Donald the front desk concierge went above and beyond to assist us with contacting a representative at Global Luxury enterprise. Donald was attentive and accommodating.
Upon arrival to our designated unit we were very dissatisfied. The unit was unclean and left in complete chaos. Donald, the front desk concierge on duty was extremely helpful and assisted us with reaching out to Global Luxury enterprise; because of Donald's due diligence, we were moved to a nice, clean unit. Kudos to Donald.
