Our home away from home. This was our second visit - even better than the first. Fantastic accommodation, super clean, great view, reliable WiFi, all comforts of come (even olive oil and honey from the family's own production). There's daily cleaning and coffee. The highlight, as always is the wonderful hosts - Alexandra and Ana who go above and beyond for their guests. They even drove us to the beach, because we had issues with our car on arrival; and arranged a doctor's appointment for my daughter. Ask Alexandra for recommendations, she'll tell you the best spots. Thank you for another wonderful stay, can't wait to return!

As with any property, you are at the mercy of your neighbors. We had a wonderful relaxing stay (for 2 weeks) until the arrival of a bunch of loud and obnoxious Romanian guests who perhaps felt Twins Yard was their private property. I never mentioned this to our wonderful hosts as it's not their fault but if you're planning a holiday - please, don't have your fun at the expense of other guests.

Excellent starting point for exploring Sithonia, with excellent,secluded location,away from a high-season crowd. Extremely clean and comfortable, cleaned daily. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner Alexandra, she left us refreshments and complementary,family produced olive oil and honey. Thank you 🌞 Would definitely recommend this accommodation to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent,greek hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!

This property is in my TOP 3 worldwide. I've been to a lot of places, but his hospitality and property blown my mind. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, the place was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with everything you need - even salt, pepper, homemade olive oil by the owners <3, and never the less coffee capsules (which is rare btw). Everyday a very nice lady housekeeps your suite, which again in pretty rate in an apartment type rental property. The location is convenient and quiet. Has parking on spot and supermarkets nearby. We will definitely recommend to friends and will visit again. :) Thanks to Alexandra and Anna for the warm welcoming!! <3 I would love to give this place 3 times the 10 points if I can.:)

Rented an apartment from 19.09 to 5.10. The host, Alexandra, met us despite the fact that we arrived at 18:00 instead of 15:00. She placed us in the room, told about the room and gave general information on accommodation. The room is just perfect for two. Full kitchen set, all conditions and equipment for cooking, I'm not talking about a kettle and coffee maker. There is everything. The room was cleaned almost daily. I do not want to say that the bed linen was changed every day, but there is such an impression. You can write a lot and for a long time about the pleasure of living in Twins Yard. Alexandra answers all questions, helps in everything that is not clear. Everything was great. Alexandra, thanks!

Everything about the accommodation was excellent: attention for all the details, very clean, towels and sheets changed every 2 days. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we have some neighbors that were very loud and you could hear the rooster in the morning.

The twins were very welcoming and nice to us, they even gave us recommendations on where to go to. The interior design of the accomodation was wonderful, we weren't disappointed.

The beach(es) are a bit far away, which is why you will probably have to go there by car.

Stylish suits. The buildings are new and well equipped. The terrace is well organized, all around is green and perfectly maintained. If there was more than 10 I’d definitely do! The host is very helpful and provided useful info for the restaurants and beaches.

Nothing. The only point to have in mind is that the beach is 1 km away. Taking in consideration that there are so many beaches to explore by car it’s not inconvenient at all.

The apartment was inthe ground floor and consisted of a spacious, modern kitchen - living room with flat tv, a bedroom with super comfortable twin bed, a lot of space for luggage, cloths etc, a huge modern bathroom and a nice small private garden with a sun umbrella. + cleaness, new, modern, calm, quiet, bedroom shutters secured a complete dark to sleep undisburbed till late in the morning, located at almost the exit of Nikiti, meaning that one could drive to the amazing beaches escaping most of the downtown traffi, yet closeto the centre by car and a medium distance from amazing beaches. Very friendly and hospitable people the owners, Alexandra and Anna, thank you!

Nothing really that had to do with the rooms themselves but with the location. - no special view, the sea is far away to be considered sea view, Nikiti is a very packed resort in the summer with a lot of traffic all around. Also Nikiti beach is nothing special, especially in comparison to nearby other many many options. All in all, Nikiti is a nice cetral point, ideal for those who want to make excusions around Sithonia and Athos. If one choosesto stay in Nikiti, Twins Yard is an ideal place from every angle. Good value for money.

Great and quiet place with a nice panoramic view. The apartment was amazing and it has all needed facilities for our stay.We had a welcome drink- a bottle of cooled orange juice and water in the fridge. Great place for vacation. Rooms are awesome and cleaned every day. Hosts are very kind and helpful. Feeling like in 5-stars hotel. Nice and calm location. Away from traffic and noise. A place where you can relax. It takes only 10-15 minutes by foot from main tourist area and old town of Nikiti. Variety of beautiful beaches within 15 minutes by car.

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful facility and were very satisfied and surprised by the friendliness and professionalism of the owners. They treated us very well! The service is perfect, they are completely dedicated to the customers. Included with the apartment there was a very tasty homemade olive oil and honey. Unexpectedly the apartment has an excellent cleaning service which not only included bathroom and badding but also dishes and kitchen cleaning. We had also an unexpected problem with the coffee machine (our fault) that was fixed and ready to use the same day. What else to say, I highly recommend it! It is absolutely the best accommodation choice you can make in Nikiti.
