The hotel was very modern with amazing facilities and location

Cleanliness. On the last morning I moved our suitcase and found a soiled nappy wrapped up on the floor. I mentioned this at reception and basically the attendant just ignored it and exited me.

One elevator was stuck on level M (mezzanine) for our entire 3 day stay. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

The location was fantastic, the room appropriately sized, and the rooftop bar/restaurant were fun. Was the perfect long weekend getaway!

The bathroom sink area was small, particularly if you travel with items such as a flat iron. We did not have a room with a view…was quite a bit more for an exterior room and the “courtyard” view is buildings.

I absolutely loved our stay in Hotel Washington! Room was comfortable, initially was a bit disappointed since we got a room with no view BUT in the end it was ok because it was a quiet area, we were undisturbed and we got the best night's sleep on all the days we were staying here. The staff were welcoming especially Ermelita and Mary from the FD. The location is wonderful - very close to the White House, lots of restaurants in the general area, Museums are a few mins walk. Felt very safe in the neighborhood and the hotel.

Draps un tout petit usé ( déchirés) En fonction des femmes de ménage nous avions droit aiu pas des sleepers , sortie se bain et autres...... Serviettes de bain un peu défraîchies

The location and bar in hotel was very convenient.

The double room did not have a door separating the shower and sink area. Totally unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The toliet was so low, older guests would not fair well getting up. I had to open bathroom door to get privacy in the shower and sink area. Very tight for a double room. No soap or shampoo in shower. One night stay and arrived in evening.

Shower did not give hot water despite having it check out by the plumber twice, phone line would not work from the room, room 1310, no matter what I dialed the lines were always busy.

The rooms are so close together that you can hear conversations and I couldn't sleep

I liked the staff and also the ambience and location was superb.

A fellow guest banged hard on my because according to her my conversations was not allowing her sleep. I apologized but I thought she could have just knocked In a civil way and not like she was coming to raid my room.

Entrance are not obvious especially at night, it is right at a traffic turn corner and guests often has to park in the middle of the road blocking one of the two lanes, the valet has to get the car off the street quickly during busy hours and we witness one of them attempt to side park quickly and almost reverse into our car, he then forgot to put the car in park mode, step out the car, and the car rollaway collided with the side walk, not great. The room toilet basin is aircraft size, practically useless except for washing hand, bed is ultra soft and unsupportive, worse is the sound proofing, we can hear next door conversation clearly including moaning loudly at night.
