This living space faces a wall of sliding glass doors that leads out to a balcony. This room flows right into the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen is a secondary living room with more room to relax. Guests can sit back on the leather L-shaped sofa and binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A high-top breakfast bar with seating for five separates this living room from the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to store groceries and cook homemade meals. The kitchen flows directly into a sunny breakfast nook surrounded by windows. Six guests can sit at the wooden breakfast table and enjoy a meal while overlooking the balcony.There is a full kitchen on each floor, providing plenty of space, storage, and kitchen appliances for everyone. Bedroom one has a King size four post bed, soft carpeting, bold accent pieces, and dedicated office space. Bedroom two features beach themed décor, subtle pink accents, a Queen bed, and private balcony access.
