This 10 bedroom, multi-family home has everything you will ever need! From gourmet kitchens, and shady screened-in outdoor spaces, this island retreat is the vacation home you’ve been dreaming about. Directly adjacent to the Tigertail Beach entrance this grand estate will change the way you vacation. The main living room an L-shaped sofa, leather armchairs, and a glass-top coffee table, in front of a flat-screen TV. This living space faces a wall of sliding glass doors that leads out to a balcony. This room flows right into the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. On the other side of the kitchen is a secondary living room with more room to relax. Guests can sit back on the leather L-shaped sofa and binge-watch their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. A high-top breakfast bar with seating for five separates this living room from the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to store groceries and cook homemade meals. The kitchen flows directly into a sunny breakfast nook surrounded by windows. Six guests can sit at the wooden breakfast table and enjoy a meal while overlooking the balcony.There is a full kitchen on each floor, providing plenty of space, storage, and kitchen appliances for everyone. Bedroom one has a King size four post bed, soft carpeting, bold accent pieces, and dedicated office space. Bedroom two features beach themed décor, subtle pink accents, a Queen bed, and private balcony access. Bedroom three has tiled floors, a King size bed, vanity area, and a sliding glass door with private access to the balcony. Bedroom four features bold red and gray accents, a soft area rug, King sized bed, and a wooden crib that is perfect for the family’s youngest travelers. This room also has sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom five is a calming combo of blues and whites, has a King size bed and private balcony access overlooking the pool. Bedroom six has a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, soft blue and white accent pieces, and a private bathroom. Open up the french-doors and step out onto the balcony that overlooks the front yard. Bedroom seven is mostly white and has a King size bed, vintage-inspired dresser, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom eight has a King size bed, island-themed décor, a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom nine has a King size bed with a sleek dresser, two-nightstands, a TV, and private access to the front balcony. Bedroom ten features a four-post King size bed, and sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool-side balcony. With nine and a half bathrooms, everyone has their own space. All bathrooms have walk-in shows enclosed in glass and a granite vanity. The bathroom in the main suite has a deep garden tub, large walk-in shower, and a double vanity. This home also includes three laundry rooms with full-sized washers and dryers along with counter space. There is an expansive outdoor entertainment area that surrounds this luxury home. The shady wrap-around third-story balcony features comfortable lounge furniture and a seating area with a table for four. The second-level screened-in lanai overlooks the pool and includes a grill and three dining tables that seat 20 all told. On the ground floor there is a pool complete with bar seating in the water and lounge chairs around the edge. There are also two more shaded tables that seat 12 all together. An elevator makes the entire home accessible for all, and there is a pack and play, crib, high chair, and sand toys for the littlest travelers. You’ll also find plenty of modern outdoor games/toys for hours of family entertainment. Boats may be parked in a driveway on a temporary basis, not to exceed eight (8) hours for the purpose of loading, unloading, and cleaning. Trailers are not allowed to be stored on property.
