Sehr guter Service am Empfang von Zabina und Juma. Sehr grosszügige Duplex-Wohnung. Schnelles WLAN. Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt. Schönes Schwimmbad (Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden). Leckeres Frühstück und aufmerksames Personal im Grand Restaurant auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite. Fünf Minuten zu Fuss zum Fährhafen. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar.
Es werden nur Duschtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.

The apartment is large and well located to the ferry pier. We had a stopover here between arriving from Zanzibar and an early flight out, so it was ideal for our purposes.
There are no food options onsite or nearby, though they offer a handy delivery service.

Only problem is noise at night couldn’t sleep.. too much traffic and alot of hooting throughout the night and morning.

Beautiful,clean place and well centered.
Air-conditioning has a problem thus obliged to open windows. I guess breakfast is good but the downside is that one has to walk out of the building to go eat.

The location and the price
We had our room on the 16th floor and the electricity stopped working. They moved us to another apartment lower which was not ready therefore they had to move us a second time to the 6th floor. It was a major downgrade due to the views and also our clothes were stuck in the washing machine for 1 day because the electricity went out

Very spacious and clean. It had great views and someone came to clean every day. The location was convenient and it was easy to get to places, especially the port for Zanzibar.
Minor point-the lighting in the bathroom could be better. The facilities were great including a washing machine and Netflix!
We would book again and would recommend staying there.

We have stayed many different places in Dar ES Salaam, but this place is our absolutely favorite one. It is clean, spacious and perfectly located.
The breakfast choice could be better: Additionally, some customers were smoking in the restaurant, which is a totally turnoff. Please consider putting swimming pool beds and towels in the pool area.

The unit was very large, had great A/C, nice view.
3 bedrooms, all with a comfortable double bed. 2.5 bathrooms. Great fridge. Comfy furniture in the living room. Great location, near the Zanzibar ferry, and downtown. Friendly and helpful staff.
The unit had a strong mothball smell, and it’s really like an air bnb in that it seems that most other units are owner occupied. There is a lobby reception but not really a place to hang out. There is a large swimming pool but no deck chairs or towels. Breakfast across the street at the casino is going foodwise but the ambiance/decor is a bit dreary

We stayed here Tuesday and then Saturday January, 2023 and the apartments were phenomenal. We're particular with places we stay in and these apartments were beyond spacious, quiet, beautiful, clean and about 20 minutes from the airport and 2 minutes walking distance to the ferry. Wifi and air conditioning all over was a plus. Delivery of food is about 15 minutes from time of order. Messages I sent were replied to within 5 minutes. I'll definitely stay here anytime I'm in Dar. Highly recommended! You won't regret it.

bed sheet was smelling and we asked them to change it from 18:00 but couldnt make it and we remainded the m at 23:50 they replied that they dont have bedsheet to replace
