The apartment is located in the very center of the city. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and very clean. Service was excellent.

The condo is very nice has everything you need for a short or long visit. It is downtown in close to all the restaurants and tourist things that one might want to see. We highly recommend this and it's a good value.

The doors going in and out use keys in the door knobs are finicky to open. There was a big dumpster in the parking lot that took up five spaces and when you stood outside on the stairs you looked into a commercial dumpster. It may be that they were working on one of the apartments at this time I don't know.

Really big comfortable apartment. Great bed and mattress. Apt has all you need. Great location. Either way, the pros far outweigh the cons.

1. It's cold apartment. Windows do not close tightly and cold penetrates through them. 2. Strange and absolutely inconvenient schedule for the star and departure.

It was only mentioned quickly once in description that the bunk bed was not available for use as it was being repaired. We only figured it out until we got there Was not repeated anywhere else eg check in notes and the person count on the listing was for 4 when it should have been 3

Tastefully decorated. The floors, doors and walls were immaculate. The smart TV was a wonderful bonus. After a busy day of site seeing, we enjoyed a family movie night. The breeze from the ocean was beautiful at night. The building us relatively quiet and peaceful. The mattresses and linens were exceptional and comfortable. The extras provided like lactose free milk, creamer, coffee, condiments, peanut butter, laundry and dish soap, toiletries. All exceptional care! The property manager was awesome, polite, engaging and extremely prompt and helpful. Because we visited during a heatwave, it got extremely warm. When we reached out, literally within the hour, the property manager arrived with 2 brand new fans to make us comfortable. In the heart of the city, everything was close by and easy to find. The parking space was convenient. Communication with our hosts was prompt & helpful. Very family friendly, but also well-suited to groups, friends, business or even solo travelers. We will absolutely be booking with them again.

An oversight on my part, we visited during a heatwave. Being waterfront area, it didn't occur to me to look for air conditioning, but that is no fault of the hosts. Just my simple oversight. They did work to accommodate us for comfort.
