Mattress is cheapest foam, sofa had stains, check in was difficult, location to connect town was bad, hotel looked sketchy and unsafe and had the requirement to wash dishes before cleaning team comes, so it is hotel or airbnb?

It had comfortable amenities and was well decorated

It was a little hard to find at night

Before to choose this place, check a location. To leave car on the street parking is absolutely unsafe! Not sure that previous reviews about "amazing location" are real.Room was clean, but smell inside is awful.

Pool house apt. NO pool heater/sediments on the pool floor! 1set of towels for 4 days! Had to clean dishes… glasses were left soiled! Street parking ritual Weds/Thurs?…other guests parked on the property grounds… we had to squeeze by to get to unit #4! Lacked full disclosure to unsuspecting guest… Cleaning fee $80, for 4days for what? No washer/dryer are we expected to wash towels after 4 days if so, ask guests to bring their own washing items! The response we got when asking about the pool heater was “ We didn’t ask if it was operative???” Full/even partial disclosure is a challenge at this property! Next guests beware and consider what this property doesn’t disclose ! Location/4 us✅!
