The common area, the beer on tap, the fireplace, the location all were great. Kitchen facilities were great, but it would have been better to know more about them before arriving - the communication about what was in the chalet could have been a lot better so we could better plan for our stay.

The arrival process was not great. We tried calling 2 numbers that were both not answered, and we were lucky to see a neighbouring person who gave us a third number that eventually we got through to. The spa bath which was a selling point for the room also didn't work, which we were very disappointed about.

The chalet was really nice and comfortable. The kitchen/sitting room area was very easy to cook and chill in. Our host woz was really helpful and great fun to chat to.

The price is quite high. That is to be expect though in the middle of the season on the mountain
