This home has a great location and an amazing view but that is where it stops.

If you are interested in cleanliness or safety, I would look elsewhere. The listed photos for this property do not accurately reflect this property. The house upon first glance when you arrive looks clean. You are taken in by the amazing view. But then quickly realize the state of the house. Air ducts were disgusting, ceiling fans were covered in dust, cobwebs everywhere, the oven was filthy, dirty and broken dishes in the cabinets, utensils broken, mold in the bathrooms and filthy carpet in the downstairs. The front of the refrigerator was gross. There was a sticky sign on the freezer door letting you know to close it all the way - the freezer isn’t the problem…the refrigerator doors are the problem. We lost all of our groceries the first day from a poor refrigerator seal and doors not closing properly. The stairs down to the beach are very dangerous and should be condemned. You can’t just replace a few boards on a deck and staircase that are rotted. They need to be torn down and rebuilt. These steps are not safe for a capable adult let alone someone elderly or children. There are loose steps and there were screw ends jutting up in a few areas. The teak table and chairs on the upper deck gives you splinters and the cushions are gross. The king size bed downstairs was horrible. Two giant pits on either side of the bed. The linens are rough and feel like sandpaper. Towels - Although it was nice to find towels for the beach in the closet the amount of bath towels was not enough. There should be a minimum of two sets of towels per person. Doesn’t VACASA have a standard that their properties must meet? If not then as the owner I would find another management company.
