Everything was great! Our room was so clean and decorated so nicely. The staff was very accommodating and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The one exception I do have is the walls are super thin. We had kids staying the room next to us and they were screaming all morning when we were trying to sleep.

There was no staff around. No access to any drinks such as water. There was a coffee machine but no cups or mugs all morning. The last time I checked was 11am. After that I gave up. Location can be noisy. Busy 4 lane road in front. Too pricy for what is offered

My room was close to the street, so it was a bit loud

They thought of all the little details. The room was gorgeous. The bed was comfortable and despite other reviews, it wasn’t loud at all. We were in room 12.

I wish it was a bit closer to the main area but the hotel itself was fantastic.

The pictures of the room were very misleading. It is a newly renovated property & the room itself is charming but so small as to be claustrophobic. We paid extra for an ocean view but had to climb 5 sets of stairs to get to the room. Road work is being done in front of the facility w sidewalks torn up. It was not a safe or convenient situation, especially for us as Seniors. We were not notified of the road work until after our arrival & time for cancelation had passed. This set up is more like a VRBO - contact for any issue must be done via text & through an app on your phone. We had to contact booking.com to address our concerns - this took an inordinate amount of time - then booking.com had to contact the vendor. The only live person that was helpful & advocated for us was Olivia, the desk manager at Woods Cove. She too had to deal w both Booking.com & Sonder corporation to make an acceptable alternative arrangement for us.

- great location - the staff was super responsive via email at all times - the rooms are modern and the bathroom is great with enough space

- the basic room is quite small, especially when traveling with a larger suitcase - more pictures on Booking.com would be helpful but since this is a very new property I understand that it takes time to update everything

The location was great, the hotel is a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach and we could even see the sea from our room. There is a lovely seating area although we didn’t get the chance to use it as we were only staying for one night and went out for dinner. The bathroom was also really nice, the shower was great and we loved the twin sinks. The shared fridge also had lots of different plant milks available which was amazing. Everything seemed clean and very safe, there’s a private car park as well which was great.

The room was very small, it was difficult to find space for our luggage and opening our suitcases used up all the floor space. This was okay for one night but would have felt too cramped were we staying for longer. There also seemed to be an issue with the electrics as switching one switch (possibly the air con but I can’t remember) when another light was on kept tripping the electrics of the room. We also noticed that the smoke detector had a cover on it despite there being a warning that it wouldn’t work unless the cover was removed.
