Location was very ideal for where I was working. Liked the spacious rooms but more double beds would have been ideal for anyone over 6ft the beds are small.

Both flats have linked smoke alarms so at 4:45am when the flat below burn toast we were woken up but smoke alarms.

I get an email to confirm my check out time for 12:30. I and my friends are chilling because of the rain only for cleaner to banging the on us, few minutes later i got a call from a very rude staff, no compliment no good gesture. I explained to her that i already confirmed my check out time a day before. Then she rudely said I and my friends need to vacate the Property ASAP or i will loose my deposite to it. Then she cut the phone on me. I and my friends left the property angrily at 11:37 immediately the phone conversion ended. The staff never send an email to confirm my check out even after i messaged her with the contact she called me with earlier. No manner of approach. She messed my mood up for the rest of the day with that negative attitude towards me. So disappointed among my friends

Location was very good for us as we went for the commonwealth games. Easy links to drive to venues or train stations. Property was amazing and was perfect for us. Rooms were great and ample room for us to stay there and room to be away from each other, if we wanted. Things which did not work were rectified where possible, by the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Hosts were absolutely amazing!! Thank you.

Little things like the internet was extremely poor. Pots and pan handles were loose and dangerous to use - however- a quick tighten up with a knife and they were fine. Hot water kept bugging out and radiators needed bleeding, as the water pressure was extremely high. Not good when there are 3 people to get ready and go out. Things like no cheese grater, freezer needs defrosting, no kitchen paper. 1 serious issue was that there was no door on the bedroom in the loft. Serious fire issue as if there was a fire, there would be no protection and once the window was opened to get out, it would ignite the blaze quicker. I believe this is against fire regulations and a door needs to be fitted! Mirror in the top bedroom did not have any plugs near it so, you couldn't tong/dry your hair in the mirror. Easily rectified as there are a lot of places to move the mirror to. Not enough storage in loft room, even though there was a lot of wasted space. Driveway needs completing as it was incomplete with only sand on it and a few bricks. I would not have been happy to have to replace a tyre, because it had been punctured by a rogue brick. I would still stay there again!
