Staff are helpful and pleasant. Hotel rooms were clean

Photos showed apartment with floor carpet, but reality there was no floor carpets (tiles). the studio was smaller than photos, when I spoke to property before arrival, I asked for adjacent apartments, I didn't get. On the phone, they offered deluxe studio upgrade, but in reality, I didn't get that.

Accessibility, specially if your work is in and around the Muwaileh area. Squeaky clean. Exceptionally helpful staff. Limited but thoughtfully chosen menu.

Breakfast is not, including

Booking.com charge me full amount. When I reach to the hotel, they charge me again and they refuse to do the payments back. I am very old customer with a Booking.com. I never had this kind of experience. I don’t have other choice in that area only that hotel.
