Water from shower goes all over the bathroom

The bed were very much comfortable Size of the room is great

-No access to the basement parking (always closed) -Room has insects 🐜 and mosquitoes 🦟 -They put me in smokers floor although i am not smoker - Air-condition has annoying sound. Reported BUT they did not fixed nor changed the room. - The whole toilet floor get wet so fast as soon as you take shower (no good water drainage) - Water heater is showing its electrical wires (electrical hazard). - gym is poor and fake machines

location is good. quiet area, with a lot of coffee shops. good balcony with the room to get fresh air.

Not many options for restaurants close by (on walking distance)

The staff is welcoming and jovial

The pillows are hard and high and cause pain in the neck.

Clean rooms, nice service. Mr. Hamto at the reception was extremely nice and helpful person.
