Very clean, good value, quite spacious apartment, in the Muzungu part of Mtwapa.

The shower is cold. Really cold! (God only knows from where they get the cold water.) The apartment doesn't have a generator, so there's no power during blackouts, which happen quite often. Cleaning is every second day.

Blunt knife

Fantastic location on a quiet street but right in the centre of the hustle and bustle of Mtwapa. Nice, clean, light and airy apartment. The only slight problem was a rather unpleasant smell in the bathroom - probably coming from the waste pipe...I’m sure the lovely host Cynthia will get this sorted. Overall, highly recommended!

Noted that, 1.There was excellent and prompt responses from the contact person (Cynthia)- good customer care. 2. Clean and neat rooms with refrigerator, electric Water boiler,functional TV. 3. Clean and steady Water supply. 4. Fair rates. Recommended

Noted for Improvement. 1. The basic items missing. eg Tissue paper, Soap, Slippers, sufuria, frying pan (slippers provided after requesting). 2. Improve The entrance to the facility; not appealing. 3. Guidelines about the facility to be provided. 4. A checklist which is requlary counter- checked before a client gets in .(to mitigated against absence of items in the facility. The cushions of the seats not very cosy.
