I would like to emphasize the kindness of the host, he sent us a lot of useful information. The apartment is well equipped, carefully designed, with very cozy accessories and decoration. There is a spacious wardrobe in the bedroom and the bed in the bedroom is comfortable.

This accommodation is the most comfortable for 2-3 people. If more people want to stay here, it is a bit cramped and unfortunately the sofa is not optimal for sleeping. Unfortunately, the kindness of the host can't make us forget that we couldn't sleep at all even with earplugs. Every night there was a loud party next door until 5:30 in the morning, then the residents of the apartment above woke up. During the day, of course, we went for a walk in the city, we checked out several programs, but unfortunately we could not enjoy it less when we were tired. Manhattan can be reached in more than an hour, and back is also a little more than an hour. For those who feel at home in the bigger cities, this will not be a problem.

The stay at this location was good. Quiet neighborhood with grocery store and laundry conveniently close.

Price was great and very good communication with the owner before during and after the stay

Some noise but it got resolved by the owner. Beds especially the two floor bed need renovation. The area is not the best in New york but still good value for money

This apartment was first class accommodation. Very comfortable , clean had everything needed plus wee extras which just made it that more special . Our host Johnathan was very friendly and helpful and nothing was a bother to him .

First time to get Airbnb usually get hotel. We used to Leave in Jamaica Estates and was skeptical and nervous to be on the other side of town. BUT I can say we had a wonderful stay. Place is very secure and clean. Host was always available if you needed anything.

Loved the shower! it had great water pressure and HOT water. Plenty of clean towels too. Host very thought and gave us lots of bathroom supplies like tooth brushes and just every little thing you might forget to pack

Amazing furniture and homely feels . Small things are well looked after . Like basic spices , tooth brushes . Truely these things umph the stay . Kitchen is well kept all basic machinery and utensils are available . Esp positive marks on same type of cutlery n they are clean too .

Too much noise from upstairs . Esp in main bedroom if someone walks you can hear it . While we were staying the people kept moving throughout the night it was sooooo difficult to sleep. The bedsheets has yellow spots , though clean but not throughly laundried i believe. Bathroom sink require more space and more cleaning too.
