Excellent location, just across from the beach and only one level up from ground level. The apartment is huge with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so no overcrowding for a large group or family. Full kitchen facilities and one of the best balcony views in Surfers. Super close to all the action of Surfers Paradise.

There was an issue with the parking area as it tended to flood easily after rain and the car was sitting in 150mm of water for half of the time we were there, which made it difficult to get into the car without getting your feet wet. In the property's defence, we did stay just after the terrible storms that the Gold Coast received at the end of 2023, so we put this issue down to general storm damage and presumably the drainage issue would be sorted out as the storm damage was dealt with.

Fantastic location and a huge apartment for the money in this part of Surfer's Paradise. This unit is the whole top floor of one of the last remaining old apartment blocks close to Cavill Avenue. Great balcony overlooking the beach.

Not much to complain about given the apartment is due to be demolished to make way for a new high rise apartment block. The blinds were rusty and the main glass doors opening onto the balcony were hard to open. Otherwise it is excellent value for money.

So close to beach, huge apartment, easy access, great views, perfect for a large family.

Oven didn't work, windows/ window sills a bit dusty, windows in 2 bedrooms couldn't be opened.

It is such a spacious apartment for big family. The apartment was fully equipped with essential stuff. Location is one of the best things, very close to centre of Surfer Paradise

The apartment from outside is not high and new like surrounding buildings

The location was great. The apartment was great value for money. We had the whole top floor to ourselves.

the cleanliness of the property could have been better. the windows/windowsills and blinds were very dirty. the ceiling fans in the bedrooms only had one speed which was slow.
