Location and view. Washing machine and dryer worked well but a chemical was left in the washing machine and destroyed a $90 jumper.

Room was in need of repair(walls, doors and carpet, shower door, locks broken on verandah doors, beds & pillows were stained and uncomfortable, expected better quality for the price. WiFi was horrid. Lifts were iffy. 2 toilet rolls left for 4 adults for 5 days. Passable but don't think your getting deluxe. Security was refunded quickly and agent was lovely to deal with.

Booked a stay at the Chevron but was transferred to an apartment at Q1. Poorly maintained, holes in wall, food stains under fridge, entrance door could not be locked properly, no proper working internet etc.

It has everything we need. The location is perfect and being on the 10 floor, the view is nice. We had ocean views from all the rooms.

The fold out bed and mattress is uncomfortable to sleep on.

The resort part was very beautiful and the gardens very well maintained. Beautiful views and a good level to see the beach. owners had washing powder, cling wraps, dish liquids , bathroom shower gels etc, sunscreen, games for the kids( played poker n cards). The beds are very comfortable and the place very neat and easy to maintain.

If you had to be picky, the living room floor was sticky on arrival, and I couldn’t find a mop. I had a large group so more toilet paper, more plates and bowls, forks, sharp knives, and coat hanger in the main room would have been helpful. The black leather lounge was very comfortable and had lots of seating but a bit out dated.

Fantastic location for families, supermarket underneath hotel as well as shops and the train/buses/beach/restaurants all a 5min walk 👌 The pool is amazing and we could always get a nice spot down there even with lots of guests & the views from our room were incredible

Bathrooms are a little tired so look dirty even though they are clean & ranch sliders dont move freely just needs a little maintenance nothing major Would be great to have a few more basic day to day supplies like salt, pepper, tissues etc

Lots of problems with the apartment, however we reported them to the manager and they were fixed within 1 hour. Couch’s were stained, no curtain in the main lounge so mornings you couldn’t sit on the couches without getting sunburnt. No light in the outside balcony, rangehood covered food in dust and mess when pulled out.

Property is rundown, chipped crockery draws in closet falling apart, had to request internet, curtains were full of pinholes, cracks in ensuite shower and basin.

High room not provided despite being requested and agreed 12 months prior. Fridge was broken and on a significant lean when opening door, lights in both bathrooms and walk in robe did not work. No curtains to maim lounge/dining area so no privacy and no hot water on the Sunday morning. Issues reported and nothing done about them. Complained to booking.com post stay and response was poor. This was not worth $600 a night. Very poor condition for price and service after checkin terrible. Take responsibility for the property.

Airconditioner may need some maintenance, it was a little warm

Everything was lovely the view the area easy to get to and go to the people around friendly

When departing we had to leave keys in the room and we were unable to use the lift without the tag that is with the keys we were unable to use the elevator unable to open it until someone else came to use it, when we were driving out we had to wait for someone to open the locked roller door which would normally sense the tag on the keys.

Very central location in surfers paradise. Easy access to shopping facilities like Coles, Woolworth, and many others. You can not miss fabulous restaurants and breathe-taking beaches.

The upper level can have a better sight of the beach.

We generally always stay in a hotel owned apartment, and we found there were so many maintenance issues with this room. With a broken door to the kids' bedroom, wobble in the table, hole in the wall, unlevel fridge and the curtains were terrible, all broken didn't shut. We will stay in a hotel owned apartment next year.

only that on the sat night one of hotel patrons next door was having a party could still hear through walls at 12:30am very disturbing.

The location was perfect. Grocery shopping (Coles) right underneath us. Trains and buses, restaurants, sea all close by

Amazing apartment with fantastic views. Had everything we needed and everything was close by. Coles being open till 10pm nightly was a bonus. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. We actually got a 3 bedroom apartment so were extremely happy 😊

Prime location, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Great pools and spectacular views from the balcony. Perfect for families.

The apartment had dirty floors and bits of rubbish and food on the ground. Especially under the TV. Dusty areas around the area Especially the dinning room table and chairs. The couch had crumbs and debris inbetween spaces.

The manager off our apparent was great needed a couple off things done he got it done asap thanks to him it was great
