Richard was super helpful and responsive. The house was close to the beach and we made several trips using the wagon and towels provided. Great coffee shop and convenience store nearby along with grocery store, shopping and great restaurants. The house was well stocked with little conveniences and we had a wonderful vacation.

Not that comfortable. Living room terrible for just hanging- out. More seating, preferably another couch. Light sensors annoying. Management tried, concerned and considerate.

Our family of 5 came to Huntington Beach for a beach volleyball camp, surf lessons and time on the beach! The property was perfect for the five of us. Very clean, nicely appointed and updated with all the things we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners, pack lunches and do laundry. I would recommend looking into this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious place to stay that is perfectly located to the beach and in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

I cannot express how grateful I am that we chose this townhome. I have stayed at many VRBO/AirB&B's from the west to east coast and everywhere in between...this is the BEST selection out of them ALL! It fits the bill from check-in to check-out. You have anything and everything you could possibly need from bikes and beach equipment to dishes/pots/pans, plenty of TP/PT/trash bags, laundry and detergent, to the thoughtful extras placed under all the bathroom sinks such as toothpaste, feminine products, and razors. My girls and I even used the Kitchen-Aid mixer to make brownies one night! I am a coffee LOVER, and the coffee bar is complete with every possible caffeine concoction imaginable. This place is situated on a beautiful street just a few short blocks (5 min walk or less) to the huge beach. We often had our pick of anywhere we wanted to sunbathe, slightly away from the more populated part of the beach by the pier where we ventured to watch the surfers (also a short walk). It is the best of both worlds...you get the quiet peacefulness of the neighborhood/patio just walking distance from any activity you could want. The home was absolutely spotless and perfect for the three of us, though could accommodate several more. As stunning as the home is, it felt like home and was comfy in every spot we found to sit and relax! Beds are incredible. The owners are phenomenal/quick with responses and VERY accommodating. It is clear they want you to enjoy your stay! We will be back!! :)

This location was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was great. We walked down to the beach every day, didn't have to worry about parking. Tons to do. Very clean and tons of space. Definitely will book again soon for this summer!

Everything is very modern, clean and comfortable and quiet great safe place for family great location we will be back when down in so cal for Disneyland and beach.

Overall great place to stay...location was great!! Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Size of home was great for my family of 6...lots of room to spread out and kids enjoyed playing games provided. Master bath had awesome water pressure 😃 enjoyed that after a long long run!! We will most definitely stay again if we return to HB! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Loved the location and all the amenities that the property offered. The owner was very responsive to an unexpected problem and went to all measures to make sure that our stay was pleasant.

Stayed a week for my daughters National softball tournament. House location was in a great spot and very close to the beach, pier, restaurants and shops at Huntington Beach. Plenty of room for all 5 of us and the house was decorated and furnished with anything you might need. Owners we east to communicate with, and get ahold of, and even came by to drop off additional coffee one-shot cups to us. Nice and quiet neighborhood, as well, with friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay there again if we’re out that way.

Highly recommend this property! Excellent location, super clean and with everything you need for a beach vacation. Renting the electric bikes is highly recommended, so much fun! If your a coffee drinker they have every device thinkable to make your perfect brew and all supplies are included!

Great place for our older kids to all call home for the weekend while our son graduated from CU. The grandkids and dog joined for a night and the kids toys, the wagon and the location was ideal. Very responsive every time we reached out. Even gave us a late check out, which was truly welcomed. We hope to come back again!

Amazingly stylish beach house. I wanted to take notes on everything they did. It lists 10 people can stay, but definitely a little tight for 9 unless everyone knows each other well and doesn’t mind sleeping together as they expect 5 people to sleep in one of the rooms (we knew this on booking but still a heads up). Back patio was very nice, a lot of comfortable seating and shade. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet street with easy parking. The only thing I’d note- bring blankets if you have people sleeping on the extra beds (trundle, air mattress), only sheets were provided and we mistakenly assumed there would be more blankets supplied in the house (there was one throw blanket near the couch). Overall I’d 100% stay here again.

This house was fantastic for us. Recently updated and super clean. Very comfortable beds! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal. Very close to restaurants and shopping and the beach! I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and beautiful rental. Exceptionally clean and well organized. Setup perfectly for rentals. Very well laid out and easy to find the necessities. We had a very relaxing stay! We walked to the beach and corner donut shop.
