The stay for 5 days and have great stay.The room was very clean. It have good view for both city and ocean. . Its good location for going everywhere.We will come back.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great view, home comforts and enough space for us to navigate around. I have small kids and my mother in law and a hotel room is just not an option for us. The beach access is great, the pool is decent and there's a little bar.. win for us all. That being said, I can't give it a full 5 stars and here's why... As a mom, security is pretty important and the master bedroom slider was broken. The locking mechanism wasn't working so we had to wedge something to make sure it wouldn't budge. The biggest one is the wireless service in the unit. There is wifi throughout the complex, but not one dedicated in the unit. There are thousands of people using it so everything is slow/delayed. There is no streaming available and no internet access at all. There were times were we couldn't watch TV at all because the tvs are a smart Roku TV but nothing would connect (basic tv channels). We tried to connect to our netflix and other services but it's not an option. There is a dvd player (not blu-ray), but no DVD's. There is a place where you can get free dvds that was in the information packet, but I have kids... they're not going to wait. That was a big thing for us. If you're an adult renting and you want to unplug, then you probably wouldn't be bugged to much by it. But at 7:30 am when my kids are asking for a cartoon and there's nothing that I can do about it and they start screaming, it's definitely something that I consider a necessity more than a

This was the perfect unit for us - well appointed (even with beach chairs, towels and beach toys), very well located and the property manager was very responsive! Couldn't get over how many people were around, but couldn't hear a thing in our unit. We would totally stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Only thing that we didn’t like is the black mold on the master bathroom shower curtain. Needs replaced. Otherwise, we loved the condo, the location, and the accommodations!

The condo looks as described. The best are average comfortability. The condo was not clean to our standards. I found trash in one of the bedrooms, I needed to sweep the floors when we arrived, and one of the pans still had food residue on it when we went to use it. Some of the positives is the location, the balcony, and the beach gear was a nice plus.

Condo is in a great location. Beach is lovely and beach toys provided was appreciated by my 6 year old nephew! Pool on site was great option as red tide was present in the ocean. Great kitchen space & Publix close by for shopping. Assigned parking a plus as it’s pretty full on the weekend! Ice cream shack next door is yummy. Check in and check out procedures a breeze! Beautiful space, plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy beach access and the kids loved the large pool and hot tub. Great communication, despite some hiccups with check-in everything was handled professionally, and the family agrees: we’ll be back!

Place was as advertised. The location was great with easy access to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs as an added perk. Easy to deal with. We will definitely book again if available.

Property was as described. Enjoyed having a few extras provided like beach chairs, cooler, beach bag. Pillows, bedding & towels were good quality-definitely a plus

This was our first time in the Treasure Island area and we loved it. The condo was exactly as described on the website. The common areas around the condo were so beautiful and everyone at the facility was so super nice. Communication with property management was super easy and we were able to check-in early. There is so much to do around the area and we had such a good time. Will definitely be back.

Pools and beach were great. Bedrooms were a bit small.

Great location. Bartenders were awesome and condo was clean and exactly as it was described and shown online. I would stay again.

We enjoyed the location of this property. Unfortunately, the showers were not clean (black mold). I contacted the property manager, and they had someone clean them. The cleaning person arrived in a timely manner and did a good job, apologized to us. I did find other things throughout our stay that should have been better cleaned (had to rewash all utensils, could see smears/peanut butter on them). The location was wonderful and being able too walk right onto beach was amazing.

Just as described, clean, comfy, well-equipped condo with beach views and access. Loved the hot tubs and pool too! Centrally located in Treasure Island. Couldn't have been a better spot to spend Thanksgiving with family!!

We had a great stay in Treasure Island while visiting friends in St Pete’s. The condo had amazing beach access and a wonderful pool. We wished it had better wi-fi as my husband had to work a few days and wifi was not secure and very slow. Also the bathtubs could be a bit cleaner. Overall we had a pleasant time.

We had a wonderful stay at 505-S. The unit was clean and updated, and a short walk to the pools and beach. It was a quick drive to the grocery store to stock up for the trip, and a quick trip to John’s Pass. Charles and Liz were very communicative. We had a wonderful stay and will be returning!

Master bathroom needs a remodel, condo wasn’t really clean, we had trouble connecting TVs to wifi and had to use our personal internet on cell phones to make TVs work. Spare bedroom was hard to use and only had a few channels. The dvd player wasn’t hooked up correctly for the guest to watch, good thing my hubby is tech savvy and figured it out. Great location though

Great property! We had a girls get away and it was perfect. Easy walk to John’s Pass. The beach was beautiful.

Great location. Condo was great. Staff was fantastic. Loved that there was a cafe and a bar. Do wish for the amount we paid that they would use a better quality paper towel and toilet paper. Nonstick pans needed! Also, would prefer bunk beds or two singles in second bedroom. My 11 and 13 year old would not share a bed.

A beautiful property with a beautiful view!

Unit is very clean and functional. Very safe area. Great view of gulf. Pool and hot tub were perfect for kids and adults. Morning coffee from the cafe was super convenient. There’s even a little bar right next to pool/beach! Bartender provided recommendations for restaurants/bars. Fast/easy Uber or can walk to Johns Pass area. Would definitely return!

This condo was perfect for our end of summer family vacation! This was our first condo rental, but all of our questions were answered in the instructional email we received prior to our trip. We only had to reach out once during our stay, we were confused about the door locking instructions and we had an immediate text response, followed by a friendly call just to make sure we figured it out. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay and all the amenities the property had to offer! We have teens and also a toddler, so we enjoyed both pools. Our daughter loved the zero entry pool, it was perfect for smaller kids. The other pool was spacious and our whole family enjoyed it. Traveling as a family, we loved that not only did we have beach towels available and a whole closet of beach toys in our condo, but the property also had two community boxes near the pool and beach walk that were full of pool & beach items to use! The beach bar had a fun selection of drinks for the adults too. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had comfortable beds, a great view, an in unit washer & dryer and a nicely stocked kitchen in our condo. My only suggestion would be to check or wash your dishes prior to using them, as we found a few that had been used and put away without being washed. I'm guessing that the dishes in the cabinet don't get checked between rentals and it is just on the honor system that what you put away is clean. This wouldn't by any means stop me from renting here again though! The location and property are great and we plan to be back in the future!

Condo was excellent! Very clean and well stocked. Beach items were available in the closet. (Beach chairs, sand toys and water toys.) On site cafe with delicious food, two great pools, right on the beach, walking distance to John’s Pass, and close to grocery stores. Staff members were polite and made you feel welcome. This was our second trip staying at Sunset Vistas and highly recommend it. We are already planning a third trip.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The space fit 6 of us.comfortably. Host was easy to communicate with and respond fast to any questions we had. Condo was very nice. Pictures show accurate descriptions. It has a nice little Cafe on site and tikibar. Has direct beach access. It's in a nice location not to far from John's Pass Boardwalk. Ice cream shop next door and a circle k convienant store across the road. We will definitely come back again.

Great for our family of 5. Away from crowded areas, didn't have to fight for spot on the beach.

This place was what we expected. It was very clean, check in was easy and parking was awesome. Sliding door to balcony did not lock so it was reported to the owner and the dining table only had 5 chairs. It didn’t bother us because there were only 4 of us. I would definitely stay here again!

My family had a very enjoyable time. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Treasure Island Beach is very wide and lots of room for everyone. We rented Beach chairs for 10 dollars a day. It is also convenient to have the Cafe for breakfast or lunch. We enjoyed our time at Treasue Island.
