We specifically rented a house with a pool for the family to enjoy, but unfortunately, the pool was filled with algea growth & hair clogging the main drain. Most of the pool deck had mold and was a slip hazard. The upstairs tub would drain very slowly. The wifi did not work. It was just a disaster. I spent more time requesting to get all this fixed instead of enjoying the trip itself. After speaking to multiple reps, one offered us to downgrade from a 5 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom. We appreciate the offer, but it was not going to work for us. Things that got done.. Pool deck got cleaned, a back up wifi was brought in, drain-o was poured down the tub, and a pool guy finally showed up to "clean" the pool. Algea got brushed so water got very cloudy and greenish but hair ball in main drain was left behind. To say the least, pool water stayed cloudy the entire stay, health risk & not inviting. After all, pool was not able to be enjoyed. Ultimately I find it very irresponsible of the hosts who made this house "rentable" when it clearly lacked maintenance. I find it very unfair how we're expected to obeyed by these very strict rules or face a fine but yet the hosts can get away with renting us this unfit house with no repercussion. The least they can do is reimburse us ATLEAST 1 days worth of rental for this inconvenience. To whomever reads this review, Hosts, please feel free to reach out to me. We had a wonderful stay for my Dad's 90th birthday.. The home has a nice pool on a big canal so the view is great. Very quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you could need, except Keurig. We would definitely rent again. Great for a reunion or family vacation.

My husband and rented this property for 3 weeks in 2022 and a month of February 2023. It is in a great location on the water in quiet neighborhood convenient to shopping and restaurants. Tiger Tail beach is short walk away with parking and public access. The outdoor pool and lanai area has been greatly enhanced this year with the addition of new grill and cushioned lounges. House has plenty of TV and good WiFi service. There is lots of space in this home with 4 bedrooms, could be 5 easily. Beds are very comfortable and the property management company Horizon is very responsive. The garage door and ice maker were not working upon arrival but were fixed the same day we called. The house is in need of some tender loving care. It is somewhat cluttered. The garage is almost unuseable for a car as it if filled with miscellanous old furniture and household items...and 3 bikes that were locked up and not available to renters which was odd. There is a old shower door standing in the garage for two years now that came off the master bath shower which has been replaced with a temporary shower curtain. The kitchen is very large but needs some updating for sure. The melamine cabinets are starting to peel and need repair of replacement. We had to buy 2 new frying pans ( and left them for the next guests!) as the non stick coating were badly chipped. Blinds on front door have been broken for 2 seasons. All input is coming from good place. We like the house and are going back next year.

Great home! Great Location! House was as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful views of sunrise & sunset. We really enjoyed our stay here! We plan to say here again. Thanks

We definitely enjoyed our time here. The house was walking distance to the beach (long walk). The property manager went above and beyond, -I had emailed asking if there was a mixer. The response was there was not, ~we were delightfully surprised to have a brand new one dropped off in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
