This location was perfect for our plan to kayak on the Russian River. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave a day before we had been scheduled to check out, but we would like to return in the future to do ourhoped-for travel.

The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very unhappy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We arrived late to the property and were greeted with knee high weeds in the walk way, construction debris on the front porch and sheets that had hair on them in both rooms. Morning revealed an equally disappointing view to the eye in tall weeds on the back yard and stained couch cushions. We had hoped to enjoy cooking there and the hot tub in the back yard, but felt dirty and left early. We were refunded for the second night.

My husband and I took are 14 month old daughter for a Russian River trip. We had a great time, the house was clean, had all of the cooking supplies you needed and if there was anything amiss, I was able to write the property manager to leave a note and she responded quickly. The hot tub was the best part!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was really well thought out vacation rental. The house was stocked with important things like salt and shampoo for guest use. The hot tub was so nice. The location was wonderful. We went to Burkes canoe and kayak rental just up the street and spent a fun day on the river then came back and relaxed in the Hot tub .

Charming home in a serene setting
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. We had fun working on puzzles, and playing cornhole and foosball with our daughter. The backyard is a great place to enjoy dinner from the grill, a jacuzzi and to relax around the fire pit. We look forward to visiting again soon!
