We came to Birmingham to make arrangements for a funeral. This also included the necessity of receiving family members to offer condolences. This residence was the perfect location for just that need. Plenty of space throughout the bottom floor to spread out, share memories and share food.

Good house and good location. Badly needs some fix-up! Bathrooms look bad, grout is very dirty and mold on ceiling above showers. ALL around the house the walls have a lot of patch work that was done poorly and not repainted. Good house but they need to put some TLC toward this property.

This rental was not as advertised! I paid over $**** for 3 nights. We arrived on a Thursday night with plans of checking out on Sunday morning, but we couldn't do more than one night because the smell of mildew/mold was horrific and affected everyone's allergies and also triggered my husband's asthma. There was holes in the wood floors, holes in the wall, door knobs were loose and falls off when touched. Toilet seats were painted and the paint was bubbled and peeling and potentially hoarding bacteria and other nastiness. The bedding was stained and dirty. The sofas were dirty and smelled. We reached out to the company shortly after arriving and nothing was done. They said they were sorry that we have allergies and for us to open the doors and windows because that's what they do at there personal homes. They said that everything that we mentioned was a cleaning issue and nothing more. We sent several photos and we have uploaded a video on YouTube. We left Friday morning with no where to go for our other 2 nights and they refused to refund us our money. Later Friday night after riding around in our vehicle ALL day and searching and calling around to find somewhere else to book for the remainder of our stay, we were able to get someone to do a same day rental and I had to pay another $**** which isn't bad at all, but I was already out of $****, which wasn't in my plans. So I had two rentals but only stayed in one!! Patriot Family Homes are TERRIBLE to do business with!! Do not book their rentals, they are unkept and not livable!! I'm NOT STOPPING UNTIL SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT ME GETTING MY MONEY BACK!!

Brought my volleyball team here to stay while we played in a tournament and it was perfect. Booking for next year now!

We had a wonderful weekend at Redmont Park! The house was just as advertised and in a great location. Joe was prompt and accommodating with responses! Fabulous weekend back in Birmingham :)

We had a college reunion and this house was perfect for all of us. The location is so convenient to everything downtown and southside. The house is much bigger than it appears online. Would definitely go back!
