the property was conveniently located and staff seemed pleasant, it was clean for the most part.

air conditioner didn’t work very well, pillows were old and lumpy, had to get new key cards because they stopped working after 4 hours (staff was helpful). elevators had a smell and floors were sticky.

my tv remote didn’t work properly, the office chair was shredded up , shower curtains were cut and the water plug in the tub was full of hair . I reported it to the front desk that morning but they didn’t do anything about it until later that evening and after they moved me to another room the iron didn’t work, I end up going to the front desk 3 times and still didn’t get a iron that worked properly

It was suppose to be a non smoking hotel. The smell of weed on our floor was terrible. Breakfast trays were empty

When upgrading the rooms upgrade mattresses. And the upgrade on the linens also. And also to the towels in the rags need to be upgraded.

Stayed in B117 drawers on chest open by there selves. cut my leg on it during the night. A cpl next door partied all night.

The bathrooms need to be updated. Tubs was dirty, the heater didn't work. Did like it cause my TV was playing before I arrived

The staff was lazy tub was dirty plus it needed updating toilet seat needs to change I was very uncomfortable, it wasn't worth the price. I feel like I need.to be refunded

The location was great. We weren't in all the craziness of football traffic, but we weren't super far from it. The staff was very accommodating when we had issues.

The door latch was broken on our room, which allowed our toddler to get out without us noticing. The shower was disgusting underneath the metal decorative tray. There was so much hair under it that the shower wouldn't drain. They offered us another room and also had someone clean the one we were in.
