This apartment is great and Silvia is a wonderful hostess. Gabriel the co-host is very helpful as well. The apartment is a very reasonable alternative to a hotel especially if you like to do your own cooking and will be staying in Florence for more than a few days. The pantry is stocked with many condiments like salt, pepper, spices and olive oil which was very helpful! The location is perfect and seems within a few blocks of everything: train station, museums, churches, bakeries, pizzerias, grocery stores, etc. The only downsides are the steps as this is on the 3rd Floor (4th to Americans) and some noise from other rooms and floors. If those things don't bother you, this apartment is highly recommended.

Excellent find in Florence, close to all attractions. The parking is a plus. Very clean, well appointed including coffee pods, detergents, oil, vinegar, shampoo, etc. The host is very pleasant, attentive and helpful. She helped us with our luggages (steep stairs, 3rd floor, no lift) and booked our taxi to the airport. I will not hesitate to recommend it.

Perfect location and well appointed space
The location of this property is incredible! We could walk easily anywhere and everywhere we wanted to go. We were looking for a restaurant and found a highly rated one 1 block away. Great proximity to cafes/restaurants, shopping, train station and sight seeing. Our communication with the property manager was fantastic. Silvia was waiting for us as we arrived and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We can't wait to return!

This beautiful apartment was perfectly appointed. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay and more. We did not want for anything except a longer stay.
Sylvia was amazing with check in and she highlighted some of her favorite sites and restaurants. She also walked us through anything and everything in her beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment.
Our travel partners were her sister apartment, the next door over and when we accidentally let our apartment door close behind us to visit them, she was so kind to run on over and let us in. Quite embarrassing but she made light of it.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone as it was so comfortable and the location could not have been better.

Such a beautiful apartment in a great location. Majority of the major sites are just a 5 or 10 minute walk. Silvia was so helpful and welcoming, would love to stay again!

Our stay was fantastic - the attention to detail in the apartment was outstanding. We were wanting for nothing. Some highlights: Very clean apartment; comfortable beds; window screens; clean washing machine; comfortable shower; tourist books / information; and a very warm welcome! We loved the steps and walk up to the apartment ... and enjoyed the light and views from the windows. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised. This was our favorite place to stay in Italy for the 2 weeks we were traveling. Sylvia was a great host! She provided a map and a lot of amazing suggestions both for dinning and experiencing the best things to do in Florence! We would definitely return!

Absolute perfection!
When looking for a home base in Florence, look no further!! Silvia is a wonderful and welcoming host and has thought of every possible detail in this gorgeous apartment. From the coffee to the straightener, she seemed to anticipate anything we might need. The location is wonderful and the apartment was a beautiful haven during our trip. Silvia also gave us incredible dinner recommendations, we had the best meal of our trip at one is the places she recommended. The great apartment and personal touches made our trip very special, cannot recommend enough!!

Fantastic, cosy apartment in the heart of Florence
Myself and my partner stayed at this comfortable apartment in the middle of July. Silvia welcomed us at our check in and was very accommodating. Providing us with a map of Florence and pointing out some nice points of interest within the city.
The apartment itself is finished to a good standard and makes for a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Florence Gem
Silvia was an amazing host, very accommodating and super helpful in regards to the area and recommendations. The apartment is 100% what you see in the photos and beautiful. My wife and I were traveling for our honeymoon and could not have been happier with the Venere Suite. It is located on a perfect, quite street with great bistros and restaurants right out the front door. Perfect location for easy walking distance to everything. We will 100% stay here again when we are lucky enough to return. Thank you Silvia.

Beautiful apartment in a great location!
This apartment had everything we were looking for, i.e. close to most of the museums and the train station, a kitchen, the bedroom was separate from the living room, washing machine, cafe with breakfast just across the street, great supermarket a few blocks away. The only downside was we were on the top floor with no elevator, so there were lots of stairs. If you have knee issues, it might not be the place for you, but we just felt we were getting some great exercise.
