Loved this condo! Absolutely perfect and located on the beach! Neal and Patrick are wonderful with communications. Condo had everything we needed and more! Extra clean, super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen! Starting off each morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listening to the waves is a must! See you guys next time we come to town!

This condo was in a wonderful location with beautiful views of the beach, the pool, and manicured grounds. It was well equipped with everything you will need for a pleasant stay including a spice cabinet if you choose to cook and extra linens if needed. It is obvious why the hosts have earned the "super host" rating.

Quick family getaway. The location is great and condo has everything you could possibly need, including cookware, laundry detergent, plenty of towels and linens.
Amazing views of the ocean. We were even able to rent ebikes to ride on the beach. So much fun!

We are already planning a trip to come back and stay next year in this condo. This felt so inviting! The kitchen was perfectly stocked, plenty of sitting for our family and friends, fun games, Smart TV’s in every bedroom and living room made relaxing a easy. The condo had beautiful beach views, wonderful pools, convenience to local restaurants. Also, the beach was very peaceful until Friday when the traffic was allowed. There were extra beach chairs we borrowed along with the beach wagon that made getting to the beach with our necessities a breeze. Thank you Neal and Patrick for your hospitality!

My husband and I travel with our son, daughter in law and 2 year old granddaughter to the Atlantic coast every September. This year we chose St Augustine as our destination The search online led us to this unit. We were very pleased with facilities and the room. Just the right space for a multi-generational family. Easy access to the beach and great pools . We were very impressed with the accommodations with the unit - really above expectation. Thanks Neal and Patrick for all your attention to the details making our stay so enjoyable.

Neil and Patrick provide what may be the closest thing to “home” at the beach. Everything was perfectly prepared, the view is gorgeous, the condo and the property were spotless. We have stayed at literally hundreds of different beach rentals over the last 30 years, and while this one wasn’t the largest (but it was a perfect size), it wasn’t the closest to the beach (but it was a walk by the pool away), and wasn’t the most premium (but everything is high quality and extremely well done) - it IS the best overall. Simply can’t say enough good things. Special bonus - we were even lucky enough to view the re-entry of the Space Station astronauts as part of the perfect view from the balcony!

We had an awesome time. The condo was lovely ~ very clean, very updated and beyond fully stocked!!! There wasn't much one would need that wasn't in the condo. Neal was very responsive from booking our reservation to our arrival with detailed instructions and helpful information (the burgers at the Oasis around the corner WERE amazing). Clean, convenient, on the beach - everything anyone could hope for in a vacation home.

The owners of this condo have gone to great lengths to think of everything one may need for vacation. The only issue is the front bedroom gets stuffy at night with the door closed. We are used to having a ceiling fan. The condo is beautifully decorated and the location is fabulous. It was our second year at this condo and enjoyed our stay.

There is a reason this property has all 5 star reviews. The pictures don’t do it justice. This is the cleanest, most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. The property was perfect for our family. The property was family friendly, quiet at night, not crowded, had easy access to everything, just perfect. We didn’t have to communicate with the owners during our stay because we didn’t experience any problems but based on the timely communication beforehand, I know they would have been responsive if we needed anything. If you are coming to St. Augustine, you want to book this condo!

The stay was amazing. Neal and Patrick were great hosts and answered any questions we had. The location was quiet and beautifully outfitted with everything we would need. We drive from Ohio so already having all the beach and pool toys at the location for the kids saved space in the car. Overall a great experience. We will be back!

The Property was immaculate, spacious, and nicely decorated. The third-floor porch had a view of the ocean, and it was where we congregated when not on the beach. Two pools afforded my daughter the opportunity to swim laps in one while I lounged in the other. We cooked most nights. The kitchen was well laid out, and we wanted for nothing in the nature of cooking pans and utensils. We had a great time at a great property and look forward to returning in the future.

The condo was fantastic! It was even better in person than the pictures. The hosts add so many personal touches and have stocked it with anything you could need. Having the beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas and even beach chairs was so nice! We would definately stay here again when we come back.

This condo was simply amazing! Neil and Patrick thought of every possible item to include for their guests. The unit is the best location within the complex as we had a perfect view of the sunrises each morning. We can’t wait to come back!

We loved our condo! The amenities were endless. The condo was decorated beautifully and Neil and Patrick provided plenty of towels, beach towels, beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrellas , etc. We would definatly recommend this condo 10/10.

My only regret was that I didn't book this property for a longer stay. Clean, great location, super communication with host, easy check in and out, well-appointed accommodations and property! Giant deck with magnificent sunrise views! I can't return soon enough!

Not one detail is overlooked in this classically decorated condo with a beachy touch. Amenities abound in this spacious yet cozy, serene and immaculate home away from home. If you can think of it, Neal and Patrick have it at the ready…Two different style coffee pots, beach towels, a variety of beach chairs and water toys, books to read or share, games, complimentary bath soaps, charging stations on BOTH sides of each bed…..the list is endless. If you have a question, Neal and Patrick are extremely attentive and quick to answer. Wonderfully peaceful ocean view, impeccable grounds….Great for a quick relaxing getaway or longer stay…would 100% stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is without a doubt the cleanest, well stocked condo that I have ever stayed in! The owners truly think of everything you would need to make your stay the most comfortable! The decor is beautiful, and you can sit on the patio and watch the sun rise! This will be the only condo I will stay in if we come back to St Augustine!

Beautifuly decorated yet comfy place! It was January-cold during our stay and we truly appreciated the soft blankets and inviting sofas as we watched movies and enjoyed the ocean views from inside.
The hosts were awesome! They answered all our questions promptly, helped us with finding great local food and even picked up their phone past midnight and walked us through the process of getting into the home!

Neil was by far the best host I have ever dealt with. Not only was he super helpful before hand in telling us everything we needed to know, he had everything ready upon arrival. It was a nice surprise to see he had everything needed for a day at the beach. I would recommend this property and it’s hosts to anyone.

We have stayed in many many VRBOs and Neil and Patrick are some of the best hosts we have ever worked with. From the moment we booked and throughout our stay, their communication was fantastic. The lights were on and music was playing when we arrived after dark. They left a card for our anniversary, and even connected us with a realtor for our upcoming move to FL! Because our flight didn't leave until 6:00 PM, they generously allowed us a late check out to get the most of our vacation.
The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated, just as advertised, and is in a perfect location on Saint Augustine Beach with a straight on view of the pool and ocean from the living room and main bedroom. Three bedrooms with large and comfortable beds and bedding made it a great place for our grown sons to join for a few days. Added bonus, the condo complex provides luggage carts and grocery carts to transport your belongings to and from the close parking lot.

First, let me say, the condo hosts are great and super responsive to any question. The condo itself is modern, well stocked and clean. Quiet location, a few steps to the beach, and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider returning.

Property was clean with beautiful ocean views. Easy walk to the beach. Owners Neal and Patrick are very accessible and helpful. Even with a tropical storm hitting we had a wonderful time and will definitely stay with them again.
