This house is absolutely wonderful!! Perfect escape from the city, and had a few friends come from JFK visiting from out of town for a short girls trip to visit some of the wineries. We came in the winter and can see how great this would be for summer trips! We loved the location being so close to town, it was really easy to get around, great access to restaurants, bars and shops.
The house itself is really well-thought out, the decor is extremely well done, great kitchen, plenty of seating in the 1st floor/open floor plan, and the outdoor space was a huge perk. We loved the fire pit and the extra room was adorable. The bedrooms are also beautiful and the beds are SO comfortable!! The basement was helpful to get a quick workout, we were happy they even had equipment!
The host was absolutely wonderful and so helpful with getting us checked in. They were also really nice to offer some local suggestions which was a bonus. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend staying with Cindy!

We honestly had the best time at this property that we didn't want to go anywhere in Greenport! We had some bad weather with a lot of rain but luckily this was a beautiful place to stay and was perfect for our dog as well. She loved exploring the background. The outdoor shed was a fantastic touch and made for a nice little workout studio in the mornings. Cindy was super quick to respond and everything was flawless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for the Greenport area!

We stayed at home for a girls weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Such a beautiful home with cool decor and a relaxing environment. The yard is a beautiful gem. The home has everything you need for a getaway. Showers were amazing, very much a chic hotel spa feel. Cindy was so responsive and easy to work with. House has a binder with tons of information to ensure you will have a great weekend/week. Very short easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Cindy’s house in Greenport! My husband, son and I were there for a long weekend. The house is even cuter than the pictures and it was impeccably clean when we checked in. Cindy was very responsive as a host, even reaching out when she hadn’t heard from us to make sure everything was going well. A plus is the very well stocked kitchen!

Located close to the water and downtown, the house is an ideal location. The interior design is beautiful while also providing a place where you can relax including a yoga room, fire pit, living room and some seriously comfortable beds. Perfect fit for my family of 5!

This is a beautiful rental property. A 5 star experience start to finish. Cindy is a great communicator, and so easy to work with. Great outdoor space for s’mores and relaxin in the cool evening by the fire. My family loved it. Very very clean. And beautifully decorated. If we are ever again in Greenport, this is the place to stay. Oh and very comfy beds…so important! Thank you Cindy for sharing our home with us!

Perfect summer weekend getaway!
The house was everything that was promised and more - super cute and clean and a short walk to the local beach and Greenport downtown. Close to wineries and fabulous farmstands. Very comfortable with great kitchen and outside patio. Couldn't have found a better place to spend the weekend!

Three of us stayed at this wonderful updated home and had a great experience. First time in Greenport and on Long Island in general - looking forward to return trips. Great location close to downtown Greenport, a beach and ferry. Cindy was a great host. A must mention are the comfortable beds in each of the three rooms.

This is a wonderful venue for a small group. The spacious and private patio is a lovely place to relax with friends. We ate all of our meals outside, sat by the fire pit at night, and enjoyed the outdoor shower daily. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked.
