This place was very clean and comfortable cor our family and friends. Perfect cozy place and the condo itself had plenty to do with young children as well! Would stay again!

Communication and check in process went smooth but once we were inside the property everything went downhill. 2 of the 4 elevators barely “worked”. There was always a line for elevator and we often took the stairs …that smelled of dead fish. Not an easy feat climbing up and down with all your beach gear. Fortunately none of us are physically disabled and the stairs were an option. Public area of building is disgusting. Trash and carts all over and what appeared to be vomit in hallway trash can was observed over full day / night. Hot exhaust air blowing outside our front door of unit. Yes …that felt “awesome” after spending day on the beach!! Service at bar is mediocre at best. It would take at least 15 minutes to wait in line for a drink. The unit itself was better, thank goodness but we arrived to leftover food inside refrigerator + a solo cup of water and cigarette butts on the balcony. There was obvious garbage under the couch and cleaning staff is definitely not getting corners and other areas. The ice maker didn’t work but fortunately someone left a large bag of ice in freezer. Also shower in master bedroom did not drain very well. Very little toilet paper and paper towels and no hand towels in kitchen. Had to go out and purchase some as we ran out after 2 nights. Unfortunately this would not be a building I’d return to again. The unit itself was nice but everything else was way less than ok and not worth the price.

Very clean - a lot to do

Loved the balconies with the views! Loved sitting outside on the balcony in the morning before walking out onto the beach for the day.

Enjoyed our stay and would return again. The space was clean, perfect amount of room for our family and liked that there were 3 bathrooms! Beautiful view from balcony and loved the interior design of condo.

Although we were busy and on the go the entire time for a cheer competition we truly enjoyed our downtime… perfect location from the convention center and all restaurants.. check in staff were phenomenal and super sweet so if available we will definitely be renting again next season 😍

Had a lil problem with the heat but over all it was great

We celebrated our daughters birthday here & had the best time! She spent the first two hours running around to each room & taking in every view! Well worth the money & great location - right on the beach! We are absolutely planning on returning!

Overall great experience. When we checked in I noticed a leak in the bayside bathroom. Was not in this unit but one from a higher floor. Property manager David was quick to action when I alerted him of the issue and building maintenance was there within minutes of his call. Kitchen is impressively equipped making cooking dinner a breeze. Only complaint I have is that the dryer does not work well at all. Even with cleaning both lint screens. I recommend replacing this soon. .

This is probably the nicest, largest, and cleanest rental I've stayed in. It is very spacious and great for families with small kids. I would definitely recommend it and plan to stay there again.

Our stay in this unit at Golden Sands was fantastic! The unit was gorgeous - looks recently renovated and very clean! View of the ocean from the unit was great! Enjoyed waking up to the sun rising. Our little kids enjoyed it as well sitting on the balcony to eat their breakfast and coloring. Unit had all the essential kitchen items you’d need. We will definitely be coming back!

Stayed here for a long weekend with one other small family! Very clean and excellent access to beach and other amenities. Host was very easy to contact and was very thorough!

Property was awesome. Location and the amount of space is amazing. My only complaint is how dirty the floor was. Make sure you have a sheet if you have little ones crawling on the floor otherwise they will be filthy. The rug needs a good, deep clean or needs to be replaced.

The unit was clean and roomy. The view was fantastic. If I could take this unit and move it to a different hotel I would. The elevator situation was horrific, enough to never want to stay at the Golden Sands again. TWICE someone parked in our parking spots that we had to pay for on top of all the other fees. Super frustrating. It was just too costly to have these inconveniences.

We had a wonderful long weekend at Golden Sands in OCMD! Our family enjoyed all of the amenities on-site, the oceanfront access and our condo was perfect with great ocean views! We loved the area and enjoyed some delicious meals out at the area restaurants. Thanks for a lovely family weekend!

Nice Condo - 3 bathrooms - recommend Check in is crazy - times should be scattered . Waiting for elevators out side the building to get into our condo - not great way to start vacay.

The kids slept in the two doubles and let me just say, those beds were so comfortable I fell asleep in them a few times myself!

The bar/restaurant downstairs was convenient and the food was super fast and pretty good. Drinks were great!

We had a front row seat on the beach and it was family friendly with other kids around.

Parking lot never got full.

Elevators were quick - quicker than other high rise units we have stayed in.

My family and I generally enjoyed our experience. The cleaning service they emply before guests arrive can do a little better job of dusting and cleaning the floors in common areas, but generally felt the condo was well kept.
