Our trip was very short but our stay was easy and stress free. The home was as described and the neighborhood was quiet. Anything we needed was just a short trip away. The owner was very nice and checked in often to be sure we had what we needed. Bring your own trash bags as you are provided only one, it’s minor but I wish I had known ahead of time. I would definitely stay here again as everything was clean and access was easy.

Grass and yard need attention. The inside was clean and nicely done. The thermostat is set at 75... Houston summers... would be nice if it was cooler at night. Cool it down and I would use the property again.

Everything Was Good , Just alil poor cleaning but overall It was Good . I really enjoyed Myself 8/10 I’ll do it again .

The first problem was the location, it's listed as Grogan's Mill, having lived there for two years I knew where it was. This home is in Timber Ridge. Not Grogan's Mill, these homes are thirty years old, and it shows. The Master Bathroom is small, with a very slippery tub, with no stopper. There are popcorn ceilings everywhere, The sheets are so thin you can almost see through them, the pillows are a joke, so uncomfortable. We saw three roaches in the home, and spider webs outside, the front and backyard is overgrown. I guess the owner doesn't not want to put money out for the lawn. If we hadn't drove 9 hours from Destin Fl to Houston we would have checked into a hotel. That house was terrible, Since we are living in a world with Covid-19 you would think there would be Lysol Wipes, or hand sanitizer available, there was Not, however other VRBO properties Do provide these items, it's really a matter of a owner caring about their guests. I spoke to the owner about these issues he did not care he was mean and rude. I wanted to let everyone know about this property and the owner, please think long and hard before you pay your money for this property. I will be contacting VRBO tomorrow, I also have pictures of the bugs in the home and the overgrown yard, this owner should be ashamed, but It seems all he cares about is the money he collects.

The scenery driving up to the house was AMAZING! The house was super clean! Had everything we needed! The check in process was easy! I would highly recommend!
