Our team was out for a long stressful week. This place provided a ton of space for everyone to decompress and alot of privacy. Everything about the property was great!

We had a great time playing in the pool...definetly pay to have it heated. I liked that you could control the pool/spa with an app. The grandkids really enjoyed the slide. There is a lot of room to spread out.The bed and pillows are both very firm..so if you like that ..you will be happy! Host was great to work with and quick to respond to us. We loved this location

Overall a great place, well furnished. Kitchen equipment was a bit of a hodge-podge, but we made it all work.
Liked the dual coffer makers, one for regular and one for decaf.
The pool, spa and outdoor play area for the kids was nice for the little ones in our group. One suggestion, a different ground cover in the play area rather than 2"- crushed stone.

Home was in great location for our needs and we felt safe. There were some minor and 1 major issue with cleaning. Property manager was available/responsive via text. Pool lounges were worn and tore when 150 pound person sat down on it, so we didn’t sit down on the other. We ended up using home more for sleeping since we spent days and evenings at local family home. Kitchen was well stocked and all rooms were well suited for us. Pool and hot tub were only used 1 time, but everyone enjoyed our time together. I would rent again.

Our family included kids, teens, and adults. The home was large with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The teens and adults really enjoyed the pool table and Wii. However, the pool may be the best feature. The slide, waterfall and hot tub were great. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is very nice and had everything we needed for the weekend. Everything was very clean and appeared well cared for. Our main concern came when we were swimming in the pool on a Thursday evening, having normal, fun conversations with our family and playing some music (definately NOT overly loud or obnoxious - and it was before 7:00pm) when we were contacted by the Prop. Mgr. stating we needed to keep the noise down as they received a complaint. We then discovered, on our own, the neighbor next door has a security camera on the side of her house that faces right down into this backyard! That night, our family that was staying in the downstairs main bedroom found out this same neighbor also has a very bright spotlight on the same side of the house that shines right thru the bedroom window all night long. THEN this same neighbor was seen the next morning walking up to our vehicles and noting all the license plate numbers. We felt extremely uncomfortable at this property and didn't do anything wrong. We left the house as clean as we found it (except for laundry, of course) and didn't create any damage. However, we will not rent this house or any other that is owned/run by this company. RENTER BEWARE OF SPYING NEIGHBOR!

A group of 13 of us (3 families with children ages 3-12) stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time! The house is larger than we expected, and with multiple eating and seating areas, we always had more than enough space. The pool is beautiful and we paid to have it heated- it was warm enough that we were in there daily. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals, as well as ample dish ware and cutlery. Bedding was clean and comfortable and the neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet. We’d love to return!

The property was as listed. It was a great space for our group of adults to unwind and relax each night. For an off season it was pricey. Switches were labeled to make it easy to light your way. There were appropriate amounts of linen, towels and supplies to make the stay smooth and enjoyable. Thw hot tub was great for cooler nights and easy to control. There were some heavy winds that blew lots of leaves in but it didnt hamper our good time.

My extended family stayed in Ironhorse Dream and Grand Ironhorse, two houses across the street from one another. They are both maintained by the same company. Heated pool and spa were amazing and the instructions were easy to follow. Excellent location by the airport and our wedding venue in Florence. Neighbors are very nice. Plenty of space in the garage and driveway for parking. Generous kitchen for entertaining. Very simple and easy check out process!

We had a wonderful time at this house. Paying to heat the pool was definitely worth it; the water slide, waterfall and hot tub were everybody’s favorite, especially the kids. No one wanted to get out!

Beautiful property with plenty of room to enjoy our visit to Arizona. Everything was just as listed on the vrbo listings. Communication was excellent and responses were quick and friendly. Kitchen was well stocked. By far our favorite place we have stayed in our travels.

We gathered as extended family for the weekend. The home was perfect for us. It’s in a great neighborhood with well kept homes and large trees that provide privacy. The downstairs master was just right for our elderly parents. Although the shower in that bathroom does not have any grab bars in the shower which would have been helpful. This listing is lovely and just as shown.
The home has separate A/C units for the bedrooms and living areas. One of the units was not functioning when we arrived. The property manager was super helpful and had a repair technician there within hours. We’d rent here again.

This was the best choice for us as we traveled far to attend our sons wedding. Everyone had a place to be, there was room together and the spaces were wonderful, the pool was fabulous, the kitchen was beautifully stocked with all of the appliances and tools to cook. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious as was the entire place. Megan was great to work with, and whoever hired her did a great job! She had great communication. It was such an amazing trip and our accommodations helped to solidify our beautiful weekend!! I would highly recommend this place to whomever is looking for a place to stay in Arizona!

Relaxing, fun, enough space for 10 adults! Living room big enough, family room just as big. Loved the island counter, big enough for card games. The pool, slide and patios were spacious for games and chilling.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. There were 12 of us and the house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. They had all the amenities we needed plus more. We cooked dinner every night at the house and it was equipped with everything needed to do so. The pool is amazing and where we spent most of our time. The property management company was easy to work with and very responsive to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely be booking again in the future.

Plenty of room and fun for large groups!
Cavernous house provided plenty of room for us to spread out and find places of our own when we needed to! Lots of amenities provided in the house ( toiletries, towels, kitchenware, board and yard games). Property manager was very responsive. Multiple thermostats also allowed for varied cooling.
Kids had a great time with the pool and waterfall.

Yeah my negative was the outside pool, which was beautiful, but was not very clean and because of the trees if you stay there you have to do a bit of the cleaning yourself. Also as a negative there was some minor maintenance issues, with a broken umbrella and the coffee pot which was a low quality and not really working well. The property manager was responsive when we had missing billiard balls and helped us out. Would very much still recommend the house even with the minor maintenance issues.

Perfect Family House for Spring Training Baseball
What a perfect house for my family! The location was ideal for a local baseball tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and there were plenty of towels for the pool. Now, for the pool, what a fun way to spend our time together! We enjoyed lounging out back, by the pool. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the rock slide! I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to this area. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories!

The pool is a dream. It’s heated to a very nice temp & we used it on even chilly days. My kids loved the slide & grotto. Endless hours of fun. It really might be the perfect backyard pool!

Power Ranch was outstanding! We had 11 adullts (4 couples, 3 solo men) from 30-60 years old and we never felt cramped. Only 2 guys had to share a room with twin beds. Everyone else had their own rooms. Lots of room both inside and outside for all kinds of fun. Outside we sat in the hot tub, swam in the pool, (make sure to pay for heating the pool as the nights were in the low 40s, days in the 60s the fiirst week of March) sat by the fire table, or chatted in the sitting areas. Inside, we played pool, foosball or gathered in the huge kitchen to prepare meals. House was well stocked and had tons of games for all age levels, We even grabbed the pickle ball paddles and bocce balls and headed to the local park to play. 10 minutes from Costco, 3 minutes from Walgreens. Played 3 golf courses within 20 minutes, visited a local farmers market, hiked the San Tan Mountain paths, visited the Phoenix Zoo. 3 and 9 year old grandkids who live in the area visited a bit each day and had just as much fun. The only negative I ever heard was that the mattressses are pretty firm. Great place for families and friends of all ages. Highly recommend!

We’ve been traveling to AZ for a week in the winter for 5 years now. This property was by far the most seamless start to finish. Big enough for all of us to spread out. Great neighborhood. Backyard was a big winner with the kids. I’m very much interested in booking this one again for next year!

GREAT HOUSE FOR A BIG GROUP
First vacation rental…the house was huge!This is a great house for a weekend with the family. Some of the bathrooms didn’t have floor mats or the mats that were big enough. The backyard patio rug and poolside lounge chairs had holes and needed to be updated. Everything else was stocked and in great to fair condition including kitchen utensils, towels and board games in the family room. The home comes with an instruction booklet that explains the policies and how to work the amenities. Some little minor things but the size of the home and the pool with the waterfall, lights, and slide make up for that. I’d rate the whole experience a 4.5 but half stars weren’t an option. My family love the house- it fit 10 of us and we were comfortable and felt safe.
