Perfect weather and good location (40 minutes from Larnaca airport). Several beaches within walking distance, Kalamies, Pernera and Serena beach, boat trips to Famagusta and Capo Greco are available from Pernera Harbour, next to Agios Nikolaos Chapel. Bars, restaurants in the vicinity, supermarkets at the corner of the street, 10 minutes drive to Paralimni and Protaras and 20 minutes drive to Ayia Napa.

Quality of the building, equipment and location. The owner was very nice to provide welcome pack of fruits and bottle of wine which was very nice after long trip.

Great location, in a quiet residential area but 2 minutes to supermarkets and bars. 5 minutes to the lovely safe beach. Pool and garden area were excellent, kitchen was well equipped and the whole villa was spotlessly clean. The host, (Savvas), met us on arrival with a welcome pack of fruit, wine and essentials.

The beds were a little hard for me but thats just a personal preference and didn't take anything away from having a wonderful holiday.
