We were pleasantly surprised by this place! It has everything you need: comfortable & clean rooms, a restaurant (all food included in the price), laundry service (also included), a bar where you can drink a beer and play pool, and airport pickup and drop-off. Above all, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here on our first night and last night in PNG, the staff kept some of our luggage safe while we were traveling to other places

Communication in advance of the trip. The airport shuttle has been quite expensive (150 PGK one-way) to my understanding.

The information provided on Booking.com did not state that they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner, and do guests' washing without additional cost. They even organised cold breakfast to be packed for me because I had an early morning flight. Very impressed with their customer services.

The location of the place in an industrial area is not everybody's cuppa tea. But it made for a relaxing and peaceful New Year stay for me so I enjoyed that.

This is an accommodation complex that is quite distant from the airport (30 mins). It is very safe and secure, being part of a larger industrial complex. It's not really a hotel, but the rooms are perfectly adequate. There is a decent bar onsite, the rooms are clean, sizable and well equipped. Food is provided in a canteen, it is substantial and decent in quality. Staff are very helpful. Airport transfers are readily available for 150 kinas.

This place is very difficult to find. Don't use a taxi, they haven't a clue where it is. Better arrange transport with the hotel in advance. My driver spent 2.5 hours trying to find the place. A tiny billboard outside the complex was the only evidence of where it is located. Like all accommodation in PNG, it is ridiculouly overpriced.
